창문이 없는 것이야 그렇다 하더라도 가장 필요한 물이 잘 안나오니 스파 욕조가 있으면 모하나요 ㅎㅋ 암튼 마지막날엔 물이 안나와 간신히 세수하고 나왔네요

It is a great place tp stay in Hanoi. This was my second time and the rooms are nice with lots of room and the showers have plenty of hot water. As a bonus, if you need a massage their masage service is great too!

I arrived to find that the hotel has given away the room that I had ordered. I was told to just use another room that was about 1/2 the price of my room without any attempt at compensation from the staff. The other choice was to go to another hotel by the same owner, which I could not have done since I was with a group. They told me the day after I could get my room. Which would turn out to be a flat lie, they didn't have my room and also tried to give room that's less expensive than my room to me. The manager had straight up lied to my face yesterday just to get me to finish check in. By then I had enough and just took a loss and left to go to another hotel. Other things about this hotel: -The water is not centrally heated you have to turn on the water heater and then use the shower -My shower leaked everywhere -Weird people played music loudly from another room all night my first night there

とても家族的なホテルでした。 立地も良い場所でした。 ナイトマーケットにいくにも便利で、スタッフが本当良かった。無料の朝食は日本人の口には合わないと思うのと、衛生面で虫が飛びかい、よろしくなかった。まぁ、無料なので嫌なら外に食べに行けるから問題なかったです。

This hotel is excellent located in Oldqarter Hoankiem. I'm satisfied with cleaning room, hospitality, reasonable prices, etc. Especially that's good in the SPA service . Good price and professional massages. I recommend this hotel strongly!!^^
