Bait and switch! I thought this was part of the Budget Inn chain so I was expecting no frills but clean. This place had no maid service. No soap. No shampoo. Blood spatter on the bathroom ceiling. Lipstick (I hope!) on the washcloth. No bed springs - just a foam mattress on a piece of plywood and hard as a rock. Noisy AC which didn't work well. Toilet barely flushed. They didn't have the room with two beds I reserved, so they gave me an extra room at no charge, and then called me after 10 pm to ask me to move back into a room with two beds. I thought about sleeping in my car but there were sketchy people coming and going all night and the parking lot didn't feel safe. Our group had three rooms and we all agreed this was by far the worst place any of us had ever stayed. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Did not have a room with two beds that we reserved so they offered two rooms for the price of one. That was fine until they called after 10 pm to ask us to move into a room with two beds that had become available. Room smelled. No maid service. No shampoo or soap. Bed had no box spring - just a foam pad on a sheet of plywood. Blood spatter on bath ceiling. Lipstick on washcloth.Holes in wall. Enamel chipped off tub. Toilet barely flushed. Our group had three rooms and we all agreed it was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. Stay away!

The Motel is located on the bus route which is perfect for a solo female traveler, accessible easily to downtown and anywhere else you want to go by bus in Hamilton and surrounding area. Staff were friendly and understanding upon my arrival and I found the place comfortable for my needs. I stayed for two nights. The neighborhood like most of Hamilton is overrun with addicts, and people with obvious very serious mental health issues. My best advice if travelling alone and by bus, get everything done by sunset or take cabs. Main and sanford. all the way down to Barton and Sanford is very creepy especially at night. The motel can't help where it's located but if your looking for reasonable accomodations and a nice bed, this is the place.

Don't call this a hotel motel etc.

They only clean your room, change your towels, take out your garbage etc if you ask them to, but they do NOT tell you this is the way it is. Not a motel, really a rooming house for locals who aren't doing the best they can with their lives. Never saw a maid while there, but saw many hangers-about.

The ground floor window doesn't lock. The parking lot which our window faces has both drug deals and subsequent injections. The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. We didn't feel safe to stay the night, went somewhere else even with no refund given

This hotel is okay for just a short stay. The staff are welcoming, the room just sizeable for me and my 3 kids. The property itself is old and not well maintained. The facilities there are also old, not what I expected!. There is free internet though.

Location for my schedule was excellent. Room was clean. Enough towels. Coffee was ok. A fridge and micro was available and working. The beds were comfortable. Just one thing about those beds. They sit on a box with no clearance underneath. Great to keep dust from accumulating under the bed (allergy sufferers note). However, it's easy to stub your toe, if you're not careful (I did). Other than that, the place is very good.
