Lovely place and staff

One of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff all warm and very helpful. Room was spotless and quiet, and breakfast had a great range.

Very quaint hotel

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Rosengarten Hotel. This is a quaint boutique hotel in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to a few restaurants. The rooms are small as in most German hotels. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options and the hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are warm but the windows open and we backed onto a beautiful courtyard. Parking was available for free.

From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond expectation. We were greeted immediately and treated like old friends. Our room, the top floor apartment, was delightful. Tastefully appointed with all the necessities as well as many extras. The beds were very comfortable, with terrific pillows, and great linens. Breakfast included a great buffet of choices, breads, cheese, meats, marmalade, granola, yogurt and made to order eggs and bacon. Fresh juice and wonderful coffee. Perfection!

The private bathroom was two flights of stairs down from the room and also larger than the room itself. Sometimes the entrance to the bathroom was blocked by a giant but docile dog. The staff will call in advance about this so this isn't really a complaint.
