This is a fab place to stay if you want peaceful space. There’s not the usual “full service” of a hotel but if you look past that, or want too draw sports facilities this is the ideal choice!

This is a hotel for travellers who want good fitness facilities; the gym is as good as you will ever see; pools are good … possibly a little short of 25m but proper lane markings and very clean.

Very nice hotel located in exquisite area

We had a very pleasant stay in very nice surroundings (hotel and locaction) The hotel is a hot spot for germans…(sport/swimming/ spa) Although disappointing that the so-called restaurant and bar already close at 15:00 In addition nice cafés/restaurants are located close by ! Beaware of the German way/tradition! Spa area & selected garden area (away from the pool) is textile free area ;) Heidi, Denmark 🇩🇰

I have been staying at the hotel a couple of times. And it seems it always has problems with the heating. The room was cold and it couldn’t get more than 20-21 degrees. Depending on were you room is can it be a bit noisy, I did stay close to the entrance this time. The spar and swimming pool is fantastic.

Too many kids in the spa area. The room was not clean, I doubt they used a vacuum cleaner. Usually it is better than this time.

Im Gegensatz zum Fitnessstudio ist der Hotel Trakt komplett verwahrlost und runtergekommen (Löcher im Teppich, kaputte Badezimmertür, ekelhafte Flecken an Wänden und Türrahmen…billige und eingeschränkte Auswahl beim Frühstück). Wir waren ehrlich gesagt sehr schockiert! Vor zwei Jahren (als wir noch in HH gewohnt haben) waren wir selbst noch Mitglieder im Club und immer sehr zufrieden (wir waren aber logischerweise zu diesem Zeitpunkt nie im Hotel Trakt). Der Aufenthalt war furchtbar und sehr enttäuschend. Nie wieder Hotel Aspria Uhlenhorst!

Ideales Wochenende für Sportlieber. Am besten hat mir der beheizte 25m Pool gefallen, wo man ganzjährig draußen schwimmen kann.
