This is a very nice hotel in a very quiet area. Very easy walking or bike riding. The restaurant is very good, breakfast was perfect. Many options. Most of the guests are here either before or after a cruise. If you are looking for night life, this is not the place. Really nothing around except a few mini marts with restaurant attached.

The hotel is in close proximity to the port where the cruise docking station is. It is also very affordable and the rooms are so spacious! To top it off, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the port so you don’t need to worry about walking with your luggage to your cruise after!

Impeccable place to stay in Tuan Chau, the gateway to Halong cruises and seaplanes. The rooms are great, so is the food, and they even provided free transportation to the seaplane office.

The only negative was the pool was not on the property however a free 5-7 min shuttle did give you access to the pool. There was nobody there and we enjoyed the quiet

The property is in a new, clean and quiet area. It is right next to the ferry service to Cat Ba making it very convenient. The staff are very helpful and willing and able to make services and tours available. The breakfast buffet was well done. The pool and beach facility was new and clean

The staff and manager at this hotel are beyond expectations, very friendly, so helpful and kind. The pool is absolutely amazing. It’s a five minute free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. The pool must be at least 40 m or more long. It’s huge and it’s beautiful set right on the side of the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

Luxury hotel for budget price

This hotel is very luxurious for the price. The rooms are very big and the bed is large and incredibly comfy. Really great facilities in the room including filtered water. Pool and beach were so peaceful and relaxing. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day here and it felt very festive. The food in the restaurant is amazing, I really recommend the club sandwich. The drinks are delicious and a really good price, especially and happy hour. Also visited the spa which was incredibly relaxing.

What an amazing hotel. Absolutely fabulous. The staff is so professional, smiling, polite and nice. Always ready to greet and help you with anything you need. Breakfast is amazing. Delicious, plenty of options and everything you can possibly desire for a hearty breakfast. The hotel is quiet and in a quiet location, has some restaurants around and also has a good restaurants inside which serves delicious food and drinks at happy hour. Everything was fabulous and amazing. Close to the ferry terminal and the hotel will help you organise your trip. This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed even in comparison to Europe it was top class. Don’t hesitate to stay here and experience the amazing hospitality.

I would like to see the hotel improve the ventilation, especially in the dining room. The food odor linger on our clothes. I like to see the hotel put in the safety rails around the window so guest can open it.

Property location didn't match advertisement. We even though we have arrived at wrong hotel. Private beach was very dirty, like it's never been cleaned. Public beach was cleaner. Property paid for our airport transportation as a compensation and I can see that they have updated location in advertisement, so they are fixing things. Also it seems like area around hotel has been underfunded and in decline for a while, perhaps because of covid efffect.
