Ok, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht

Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und hat mir stets meine Fragen beantworten bzw. helfen können. Sie sprach gut Englisch, was in Ecuador keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Das Hostal war in Ordnung, könnte aber sauberer sein. An den Möbeln bzw. Wänden sah man zahlreiche Flecken. Das Hostal ist sehr hellhörig, man könnte durch den Spalt unter der Tür jedes Wort hören. Das Schloss funktionierte nur bedingt. Das Frühstück war Ok, jedoch stimmte für mich die Preis-Leistung nicht. 50 Euro die Nacht ist einfach zu teuer für das, was man im Endeffekt kriegt.

Friendly hotel

The staff were super helpful, the location was good and the swimming pool was a pleasure. Breakfast was not bad and actually much better now that they have a new coffee machine. I enjoyed my stay there and if I ever go to Guayaquil again that's where I'll stay.

I will highly recommended to stay here, the employess where friendly and professionals, rooms were clean and not smelling. The only thing that bothered me is that if happend to go out even for 5 minutes you have to leave your room key at the front desk.

Those staff are super nice and very helpful. Very good management. This hotel close to airport withun 30 minutes walk. A big mall is clseby as well. I stayed three nights.

FALTA DE SERIEDAD EN RESERVACIÓN

Yo hice una reserva de 2 habitaciones individuales tal y como consta en mi confirmación, pero los administradores se lavaron las manos y dijeron que es un error de expedia y hotels.com y que no era problema de ellos, que hay un mal entendido y que no son 2 habitaciones, sino 1 habitación compartida con dos camas, lo cual no es lo mismo ni aquí ni en la China... Al final termine aceptando por el cansancio y para evitar nuevos desplazamientos. Ya una vez ahí, no servia el aire acondicionado y no había mucha agua... Osea pésimo... Yo en lo personal JAMAS volveré a reservar en ese hotel y en la pagina Hotels.com, porque no se respeta lo que indican...

Solo estuve unas horas porque debía salir en la madrugada al aeropuerto. El personal muy amable y la ubicación perfecta. Solo les recomendaría que la información acerca de la "Habitación Comprtida" sea más clara y completa. Al llegar a la misma me di cuenta que podían llegar al igual que yo, 5 personas mas a la misma habitación, algo inaceptable... Por suerte esa noche solo estuve yo.

You get what you pay for

Unless you are cash strapped or just need a place to crash, you'd be better off spending another 20 per night and getting a more quality place. There are no stairs (3 floors up with heavy luggage) the aircon did not work and the bed isnt comfy.

Worst hostel in nine months of travelling

This place is run down, dirty, in a terrible location and it has the worst staff we saw in nine months of hosteling. They were consistently rude and unhelpful. When my children wanted to study in the dining room after breakfast, they turned off the AC. When we reported a plugged toilet, they refused to come and fix it for an entire day. They insisted on locking the front door 24 hours a day, but then would respond very slowly when you wanted to come in. Hard to believe the place is still in business.

Available wifi,taxi service with confirmation. But

When we first checked in they could not find our reservation. Had to show them my confirmation number for them to entertain me. It took another 20 minuets for the room to be prepared. The laundry room which was advertised to be available to patrons was not. The pool could have been a little cleaner. There is no elevators and the individual that helped me to the third floor grabbed my two carry ons to assist me instead of one of my regular luggage.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

I booked a king size bedroom for 11 days and every time I had a visiter they were charging me $12 for each person and just to let you know I was paying for a king size room and if I had someone to sleep over they still charge me the $12 and they don't let anybody or family members to go upstairs to visit also there was no hot water for two days I had the worst experience in this hotel ever and I will never ever go there again

close to airport and restaurants and Mall del Sol

very helpful staff with printing boarding passes. pool was under maintenance first day. open the next. very comfortable large bed and the A/C was very nice taking the humidity and heat away. typical big city noise was expected. apparently, my note upon booking online regarding my having a cat with me was not received or noticed and, after the first night, i was told that pets were not allowed but to just keep the cat in the room. altogether, i recommend this hotel for the comfort and location.

Great spot close to the airport!

Was recommended to me, very happy I chose to stay here. People very friendly and appears to be family operated so I had confidence in its security. Loved that it is a few minutes from the airport because I missed my flight so was easy to book and get to. Bi-lingual for the most part too!
