L'établissement a été fermé suite à une liquidation . J'ai du quitter et trouver un autre hôtel. Je n'était pas le seul dans ce cas. Le personnel était pourtant sympathique, accueillant et agréable. Je ne sais s'il était au courant de la situation mais il n'a rien montré et est resté pro jusqu'à la fermeture.

Petit souci avec les serviettes sales qui n’ont pas été systématiquement remplacées. Nous avons du demander leur remplacement. Pareil nous avons du demander des rouleaux de papier toilette car un seul était présent et ça s’est fini très vite.. Quelques moustiques dans la chambre aussi... à part cela très bonne expérience grande chambre, bon petit déjeuner, personnel réactif et accueillant ! Très bon emplacement avec la plage à deux pas, le supermarché, banques, restaurants, et autres boutiques, etc... à 10 min de marche. Très calme avec la station de police à 2 pas.

The breakfast was great, they offered a nice variety and the food was delicious. The hotel location was good but the staff seemed uninterested and unhappy. At check-out there was no "thank you for staying with us", or "we hope you enjoyed your stay", just "you're all set". The hotel overall needs to be renovated, painted. The main negative point was that no one working there seem to care., except the housekeeping manager who responded to my negative check-in comment.

Arrivé vendredi soir problème de wc qui coule, samedi matin pas d'eau direction la piscine salle de sport hs, clim qui coule de l'eau obligé de mettre des serviettes au sol.

A éviter si vous souhaitez éviter une déception. - coupures d’eau - eau froide le soir - clim bruyante et non performante - pas de coffre - éloigné de la route principale (habituellement une bonne chose mais dans ce cas cela génère des surcoûts niveau transport) - Pas en face de la plage, il faut remonter la rue et longer un hôtel voisin. Les bons points : - personnel sympa - bon petit déjeuner - chambre avec balcon et lit confortable - Rue animée et proche des centres commerciaux de Rodney bay

The property itself was clean and somewhat appealing the room was very disappointing. There were no toilet paper holders, there was mild in bathroom, the lockbox didn’t work and the main floor door did not seem secure. The menu for dinner was very limited. We did not stay and left for another hotel within an hour

Very disappointed.No electric in bathroom for hairdryer etc.. faucet on sink couldn't turn off..had cracks in tile..no toilet paper holder..lots of mosquitos in room..broken lounge chairs and not enough of them..would not stay again..pictures make it look like you are located on the beach..not so..across the street..need to walk down the block to get entrance

Came to the hotel with a cousin, The lady wants to charge for each of us in one room (we are 2) Called to see if my room was ready the lady said yes come, came to the hotel had to wait 1 hour On the phone they say you can request for late checkout you have to pay 50$, when I ask the lady said no we don’t accept late check out When you use the sink the shower run at the same time

I am a female solo traveller and chose Blu for it's location and cost as I had work to do at the French Embassy so I didn't go for sightseeing although I did get some done. I spent 6 days at blu. Pros: Francisca at reception is amazing! The hotel food is delicious! Breakfast Buffet is simple but decent and tasty. Pool area is fantastic and the hotel is a 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars etc. Staff was very accomodating and friendly!!My room was clean and spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great shower water pressure. Nice amenities. Cons: crazy bugs my 2nd night only, fan and a lamp didn't work. Tiny shower. The cafe/ice cream/popcorn station was closed down. The rooms just need a bit of extra attention and that's it. All in all an 8.5/10!
