Ideal location

Well equipped, great location, good assistance from management. Great place for a family stay, only observation is more lounge seating outside. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would book again.

Charming historic house for large family holiday

This beautiful old house was perfect for our large family holiday. Near enough to travel to the coast and mountains and close to the centre of Grasse. Lovely swimming pool, table tennis and games for all ages. Great hosts and a wonderful warm welcome from Sophie. A little difficult for those with mobility issues

Magnificent property and holiday

This property is a very lovely house with beautiful spacious gardens and a wonderful pool. Everything we could wish for was provided and all in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and easy travelling by public transport to to coast. All communication with the host was easy and with prompt responses. We loved it and thank Christophe for providing us with many family memories.

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house i Grasse. Great location - very close to beautiful main town of Grasse. We were looking for an old house with a lot of character, and this was exactly what we got. We were a bigger family of 14, but it worked great with all the bedrooms - in 2 different floors and 2 wings on the 1st floor. Good bathroom. Big and well equipped kitchen. Fantastic weather so we did not use the nice looking living and dining room. Great pool and it worked well with the sunbeds, outdoor dining tables and parasols. Locations is great for trips to Monaco, Cannes and Nice. Great host - very friendly and inviting and always prompt replies before and during. Easy check in and out. We thoroughly enjoyed this villa and can only recommend it.

Beautiful, traditional Provençal home

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, well located house. The view is spectacular and the pool terrace is very enjoyable and relaxing. Antique furniture and simple decor add to the pleasantness. Appliances are old and would be nice if they are updated. Overall it was a great stay with family and friends.

Nice visit to Grasse

The house is very charming and has a beautiful view. We enjoyed the proximity to beautiful Grasse and the ease of walking into town. The pool is not heated so in late May it was a bit chilly but we still went swimming. The host was helpful when we had questions. Overall we really enjoyed the property.

Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Et hyggelig par som møtte oss da vi kom. Et gammelt hus fra 1800-tallet med all den sjarmen det innebærer. Nydelig stort basseng ute og en flott hage. Tre minutters gange, så er du inne i vakre Grasse. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Kan absolutt anbefales om du ønsker en autentisk fransk opplevelse.

40 ans au paradis

- Le Jardin Gonnelle a été le temps de quelques jours le lieu idéal pour accueillir famille et amis à l’occasion de mes 40 ans. Lesquels s’y sont déroulés comme au Paradis ! Maison magnifique très bien équipée où il ne manquait de rien. - La piscine rafraîchissante, la Plancha pour régaler nos papilles en guise de BBQ, les chambres très accueillantes. - Tout cela nous a ravi ! Je recommande vivement le jardin Gonnelle pour vos prochains événements !

Beautiful villa, amazing location, great hosts

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful villa. We were 4 families, 6 children and it was perfect for us. The house itself had everything we could need, the pool was fantastic, we ate outside every night and the views to the coast were stunning. The villa is very well located in the centre of Grasse, but is very private so almost feels like you are in the countryside. The grounds were perfect for our children to play hide & seek in too. Christophe was a wonderful host, very communicative. We were all sad to leave and wished we had booked it for more than 1 week. Would definitely come back!

Magnificent! Inspiring! Timeless!

This magical Villa exceeded expectations and truly made us fall in love with Grasse. This home is full of history, character, authentic French living. The location could not have been better. A few minute walk brought us to the center filled with pink umbrellas and magnificent cafes. Public transport was also minutes away, and shops. The pool at the property was perfection. We swam morning, day, and night. Our stay was brief this time from USA, and truly, this Villa inspired us to come back with our whole larger family. Merci!!

Superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances au Jardin Gonnelle et nous n'avons rien à redire. La propriété est très bien entretenue et très bien équipée pour passer un agréable séjour : piscine, plancha, transats (il y en a assez pour tout le monde, ce qui est rare !), billard, jeux pour les enfants (société, toboggan...)... On se sent vraiment comme chez soi dans cette (magnifique) maison. Et en plus de cela, toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied !

Super séjour en famille

Nous avons été les premiers locataires du jardin Gonelle et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour! La maison est magnifique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Elle est super bien située, à deux minutes du centre ville et en même temps une fois dans le jardin on n’a pas l’impression d’être en ville. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Nous reviendrons!!!!
