  • Comfortable 2 bedroom duplex with an attached garage. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, shopping and Grand Island Senior High for sporting events. Close to the malls and near Highway 281 for easy access. The home is a 1950's style but the interior has been recently painted and the hardwood floors have been refinished to their natural beauty! Loved it, felt like home we have kids from 1-13 and they loved it and yes big enough for all of us even with two rooms cute retro features and great communication as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location too.

We hadn't seen on the listing that this is a duplex so that was an unwanted surprise. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the kitchen was not well stocked with utensils. The neighborhood was noisy.

Great Experience !

The house was well maintained, clean, with many extras (laundry detergent, plenty of towels, extra blankets). It is not over furnished making the smaller floor plan feel plenty big for and allowing for plenty of space for an air mattress if needed.

Aksarben stay

We stayed at this property during the Aksarben livestock show. Property was just as described. Nothing fancy but we were only there to sleep and shower. We did have trouble getting in and out of the property with the lock box on the front door. If that process could be streamlined a bit it would be all 5 stars!
