This will be my first review. After having stayed at the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, and 5 star hotels in Paris, I always aim to get the same experience while traveling Brasil. This hotel is cute, service is by far the best i have ever had anywhere in the world, it feels like you have the whole hotel to your self. Pool area, spa and Gym is fully loaded and amazing, you can reserve these amenities to your self. We did not want to leave, the staff is like family and always there to take care of you. The rooms are amazing, there is nothing negative to say about this place.

Passamos um final de semana maravilhoso no Valle D'Incanto. Instalações impecáveis e refeições sensacionais. O preparo e o cuidado com as refeições fizeram do café da manhã, e do chá da tarde, experiências repletas de sabor e carinho. Mas o grande diferencial foram a atenção e simpatia da equipe de Incantadores que fizeram de nossa viagem uma celebração realmente inesquecível. Esse hotel é simplesmente fantástico! Desde a chegada, o atendimento do staff, o cuidado com os hóspedes é diferenciado.
