Perfect location for the Fishguard ferry port. Peter and Jacqui (the owners) are very welcoming and I was able to check in and order breakfast quickly and with no problems. Room and breakfast was excellent and I will stay here again in future. Highly recommended.

What a breakfast!

Delighted to find this charming, welcoming little spot for a one-night stay before a ferry journey. One of the best breakfasts I've had, with a selection of fresh fruits, breads and well-presented, delicious hot food.

Excellent choice for overnight in Fishguard

A really excellent choice for an overnight stay in Fishguard, The Ferryboat is clean, well furnished, in good order and offers excellent facilities (and importantly a good nights rest). Our hosts were friendly and welcoming - we couldn't have asked for more.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had to leave before breakfast time, so Peter set us up with all stuff to have a quick bite to eat. You can really tell they are passionate about taking care of their guests and giving them the best experience. Everything was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Thank you Peter and Jacqui!

Outstanding property and excellent ownership. Owners were so facilitating with our rescheduled ferry and waited for us to arrive without question. This hospitality is RARE these days. Bed and room were clean, lovely decor and breakfast was a very high standard. Lovely and welcoming hosts - would highly recommended a stay here before and after a ferry.

Great highly recommend

We arrived late to a lovely welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Had a great nights sleep, followed by a delicious breakfast in the morning. Interesting conversation about spirits and weird happenings! Will go next time we travel over to Ireland.

Very good overnight stay

Overall very happy with our overnight stay. Hosts very pleasant, excellent breakfast. Room very comfortable but shower grouting and tiling above wash basin need a little attention.

Superb Hosts and Wonderful Breakfast.

Arrived late in the evening, Peter greeted us and showed us to our newly decorated room. All very clean . After a long journey we just wanted a cup of Tea and our bed, however we had no cups, a quick call and Peter and Jackie arrived with Mugs (just a slight overlook by housekeeping) Our breakfast the following morning I have to say was the best I have ever had in a hotel, Superb Fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. followed by a freshly cooked to order Full Welsh breakfast. The bacon was the best I have tasted .Good quality produce and locally sourced. We will definitely book again when visiting Mum in Fishguard.
