O atendimento foi bom, o conforto do quarto também bom, a única coisa ruim foi o não controle de barulho e a falta de respeito de outros hóspedes em questão do barulho durante a madrugada. Mas em questão de infraestrutura e atendimento, ok. Só ter esse cuidado com o barulho.

Deixou muito a desejar

O valor da diária é em conta, mas deixa a desejar. A cama é relativamente confortável. Lençóis e toalhas estavam velhos e amarelados. Fiquei 3 noites e não limparam o quarto nenhuma vez, mesmo deixando a placa com solicitação na porta. Frigobar com grades enferrujadas. Cheguei às 20h numa das noites e não havia funcionário para abrir a porta, outros hóspedes abriram para mim.

Boa escolha

Dentre os vários hoteis da região que já fiquei, este é um dos que recomendo. Sua localização é boa, não tem a barulheira que é ao se hospedar perto das lojas. Quarto tem um tamanho bom, a cama é gigante e com colchão confortável. Único problema é que o estacionamento é pequeno e lota muito cedo e por isso as vezes vc vai ter que deixar o carro na rua.

Isolamento acústico péssimo, dava pra ouvir a recepção e outros quartos facilmente. Travesseiro de baixíssima qualidade, acho que o mais barato que já usei. O atendimento na recepção é bom.

Quando chegamos não fomos tão bem recebidos, o funcionário da recepção pediu pra gente fazer o pagamento sendo que já tínhamos feito pelo cartão de crédito no site hoteis.com. Tivemos que enviar o recibo do pagamento pra ele. O quarto estava com muito cheiro de mofo, o vaso e a pia do banheiro estavam sujos. O papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. Saímos a noite e quando voltamos, a porta do quarto estava aberta, literalmente a porta aberta. Não entendi o pq, verifiquei minhas coisas e até então não senti falta de nenhum pertence, mas fiquei bastante desconfiada com a falta de segurança. Entendo que o valor é razoável, mas o mínimo que uma acomodação deve oferecer aos hóspedes é gentileza, higiene e segurança. Não volto mais e muito menos indico.
