A free & easy weekend getaway

Best thing about this hotel is its free & spacious on site parking for a hotel located right in the city centre The 2nd best thing is the choice of eateries located within walking distance from the hotel

We stayed 3 nights and the room was comfortable. The aircon was not so cooling on the 1st day, after feedback, it was better. Complimentary breakfast has limited quantity and variety.

Terrible experience staying in Red Rock hotel

The hotel is old and in terrible condition. Faulty power sockets, faulty water heater. Bed is very hard. Old thin blankets. Asked for extra pillow but was rejected. Wifi was unstable. Overall uncomfortable stay.

次はないかな

朝食時、混んでいた事もありますが、皿、スプーン、フォークといったものが無く、洗い終わったものを直接もらいました。部屋もちょっと汚く最近のバジェットホテルのが快適。このホテルに限らずですが、Webで決済しているにも関わらず、デポジットを取られるのは違和感あります。またね別途ツーリストタックス旅行者税12リンギット取られました。すべて込みとなっていましたが。。。

Don’t waste your money here

Reception didn’t have my booking. When they finally have it, they gave me the wrong room. The correct room was poorly maintained with ants crawling around. Bathtub was badly clogged by a huge chunk of hair which I guess has been left there for eons. Attitude of staff was rude as well. They were uninterested in our requests.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in George Town schnell erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und nett eingerichtet. Flur und Lobby sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Overall biasa2 sangat dan terlampau biasa bagi sebuah Hotel yang berusia.Jauh dari tempat2 menarik di Georgetown dan perlu naik grab sebab nak elak bawak kereta sendiri akibat jem yg teruk.Hanya banyak tempat makanan Non Muslim di persekitaran hotel,hanya restoren Pelita yang ada itupun 4 blok dari Hotel...Pendek kata,memang takkan mengibap disini lagi dah..sekian

The bed is hard. I had problem sleeping or resting on bed as I spent about 40% of the time in the room. Hardly able to sleep more than 2 hours at a time. The hotel doesn't provide had towel. . In the middle of the night there's no hot water to take a showet if you needed one. Ammemities & room service is good.

The hotel is in the heart of the hawker areas but recently other hotels have opened as an alternative. The clealiness of the room was a problem. We have stayed here before and it has been tired and dated but acceptable for the price. During our two week stay the toilet was not cleaned even though it was obvious we had been unwell. The glasses and mugs were not changed either. The level of dust aand grime throughout the whole room showed that it had not been properly cleaned long before our check in.

the staff is so friendly, easy to request anything at front desk and the cleaning service is always there if u need them..hotel is clean with super big room..have swimming pool for family..breakfast have variety to choose..good taste..very good location in georgetown..nearest with all popular places..parking also easy n have alot of parking..will repeat again..really recommended.
