Excellent place for the value of the money

The stay was excellent. The staff were very polite and well accommodating. Easy lift access. The hotel is well connected with public transportation. A mall just opposite has a coop, pharmacy and a few other things for easy grab. The only issue I faced was the toilet, little less lighting, the loose shower fixture, and the curtains were a little weird. However, I feel the stay was good value for the money.

Front Desk service was very helpful. Location was right on the train/trolley line...and they gave a Free rider pass, which we used every day.

Perfect hotel

Great little hotel. All the staff was super nice. Room was bigger then expected for a European hotel. We wished we would have gotten the breakfast deal, next time. A big plus I was the free bus-tram passes. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good stay, staff friendly and generally helpful. We did ask for extra pillows and towels, only 1 bath and 1 hand towel in the room, for two people, but did not receive the asked for items. Hotel in a good location for the train station and central city area. The hotel interior was a little tired but perfectly clean.

10 minutes walk to city centre, nice hotel with very friendly staffs. Breakfast is continental selections with bacon and eggs, good enough to start our day. The room we stay with nice balcony overview the street. The bathroom is very tidy and clean but a bit old fashion. We saw the room next door with fresh look bathroom, maybe next time should request the renovated bathroom room. Overall very nice hotel.

Hotel diplomate is in the heart of Geneva. Easy access to business offices and town . Transport facilities are good too. Please make sure you request a quiet room , off the road side room to avoid the tram noise. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is ok. But you have to get in early before it runs out :-)

Very well situated and the staff are super friendly. Nice greating. Arrived earlier than expected and tgey offered us a room before our check-in in order to rest after a long flight. I definitely recommend the hotel. Take note that there is no air-conditioning. As the night gets cooler we opened our windows and we were fine. Thank you diplomate hotel

There was a unique lift, and I could enjoy a traditional hotel life. Initially, meanwhile, there was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front and asked about it, but there was no response. Next morning I caught the clearning staff worker and could get it.

Check in was not good. We were not given the wifi password at check in and tried calling the reception from our room - the phone in the room was dead! Had to go back down and ask for the password. Next day we found out whenstaying in a Geneva hotel you get free transportation all over the city. We were not told about this at check in. When we asked for it the next day we were given each a ticket to use. This should have been given to us at time of check in. Rest of the staff were nice and helpful and breakfast was very nice.
