Spacious, clean room with large en-suite shower room, although not too keen on the frosted glass wall through to the bedroom! Firm bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good situation for our visit to Plainpalais and the city centre.

What stood out most of all to me was how all the associates were so nice, welcoming and very hospitable. The hotel is very nice, clean and very well located, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet close to any attractive location. I love to walk so I walk to everywhere but if you don’t, one thing that also surprised me is that the city has a program which hotels give a voucher to every visitor which allows you to use the public transportation for free within the city of Geneva during your whole stay. The only negative of the hotel to me was the breakfast. It cost 19.50 Swiss Franc, about $25 which is not bad but there’s not much to offer, the selection of food is very minimal making this price a little bit hefty. I highly recommend this hotel to any kind of traveller: solo, like me, family or group.

Solid hotel. The staff was friendly, room was clean, shower was great, balcony was nice. The glass water bottle provided to take fresh tasty drinkable water from the tab was lovely. The location is a little off the center. And the Expedia VIP service was nearly not existing. It’s more like a good 3-star hotel rather than 4-star. I liked my stay all in all.

Overall it was a good stay for 2 nights. It was clean and neat. It was nice that the reception asked us when should the housekeeping clean the room. The semi transparent glass wall between the room and bathroom was not what we expected.

The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. The rooms were small and spare. The location is convenient for city walking and access to local restaurants, but not picturesque. The only down side was the second hand smoke which can in from the neighboring balconys. This made us close our windows when we would have otherwise kept them open.
