Praia mar is a good hotel. Nothing crazy but it’s in a great location for food, beach, and walking at night. The beachfront avenue has many people walking at night, lots of food and entertsinment

The hotel does not match the photos at all. The room was not oceanfront as advertised, and I had to pay extra to be moved to another room. The final cost was far higher than what the place is worth. The bathroom cleanliness was not great. The photos make it seem like the entire building is part of the hotel, but in reality, only the first two floors belong to the hotel — the rest are a private condominium. The listing gives the impression that the whole building is part of the hotel, which is not true. The TVs in the rooms don’t work, and the walls — both in the bathroom and the bedroom — are dirty. The breakfast is not very good, just okay. There is also no place to park the car.

Hotel bem localizado, o atendimento dos meninos da recepção, muito prestativos, a limpeza, todos os dias as meninas fazem a limpeza, conforto, quarto grande, água quentes pra tomar banho, so o atendimento no café da manhã que não gostei pq quando nós pedimos alguma coisa da casinha, tipo tapioca e ovo frito ela olhava com uma cara e virava e nem respondia mais fora isso nos gostamos de tudo
