When we arrived, staff couldn’t find our reservation, said Expedia had messed up on their end. Couldn’t honor our reservation even with confirmation emails. “Offered” to rebook us as a walk-in for nearly double the price we had already paid. Needless to say we walked away and found other accommodations and Expedia refunded our purchase.
