Ok stay

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was nice and quiet and the hotel appeared large and fairly new. The restaurant only had one person working, and after waiting 25 minutes for service we left and got fast food. The pool needed cleaned desperately.

Stayed here after surgery at the hospital. The bed was very comfortable but I wasn't much for sleeping...lol. The room was huge for 2 beds but was a beautiful room and the staff treated us great. Would stay again if I have to be in Fort Wayne overnight.

This is a pet friendly property. It was a wonderful place to bring our dog. We saw quite a few dogs on site and everyone was so nice about the dogs. It is a clean and beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. I would highly recommend it.

I was in town while my dad was in the hospital. Coming back to the clean and beautiful room was great. Being able to watch my Netflix was cool. The patio was so inviting and relaxing. And i had the best mushroom and spinach omelet!

The check in was running behind so we could not check in until after 6, the mattress was very hard, the heat never kicked in and it was already late at night before we got to our room. It's a beautiful place but we didn't have a good night's sleep. Staff is very pleasant. I wish I could give a stellar review but I can't 😞

Perfect!

Checkin was painless. Room was very clean. It’s still so new I could smell fresh paint. Price was very competitive. My only complaint is the bathroom door is a barn door style, and even with it closed there was a 2 inch gap looking in directly to the toilet. There was more privacy with the door open a foot. This is a design over function issue. I highly recommend this location and will seek out Garden Inns for other trips.

I'm forgetting names but I'll describe what happened from check-in to check-out...I was very tired and it was around 9PM when I checked in on 9/25. The woman at the front desk was not friendly, didn't smile as she checked me in. Room was as expected, clean and comfortable; that was great. Went to the bar/restaurant for dinner before it closed. I sat at the bar. Ordered a drink and food. The bartender was chatting with another customer while standing in front of me and holding my drink. I thought that was rude and unprofessional. Deliver my drink and then have your convo...then I waited what seemed like a long time for a burger with a side of fruit. I asked the bartender how my burger was coming. She told me that the order was timestamped at a certain time and it was now 20 minutes later (I think). That's the explanation? Rude. Food finally came. Burger was well done not medium as I ordered it. I told her that and she put on her cheaters to examine doneness and told me that it was done correctly. (Meanwhile, everytime she looked at the POS, she got close to the screen but for my burger, she put her cheaters on!) Check out the next morning was a refreshing change. The lady at the front desk was warm and friendly. She smiled. She answered my questions politely and with a smile. At least I was left with a good impression of the staff but it certainly didn't start that way.

The hotel and room were excellent. The cleanliness, comfort, and atmosphere was top notch. But the breakfast experience was less than enjoyable. I paid $15 for a breakfast buffet when I made my reservation. However, when I went to eat, the staff had difficulty figuring this out. They didn’t seem to have any type of process to confirm that people had paid. The couple near me had the same issue. Other than the oatmeal, the food availability was nothing more than carbs. Cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels, and fruit cocktail was the only option. No hot food and no protein. I’ve stayed in hotels not as nice where the continental breakfast was excellent. But this was not that type of meal or experience. I was thoroughly disappointed.
