We stayed here for a week. This was a comfortable and nice vacation. They have private beach acces across the street, the apartment was clean and had everithing that you need away from home. The front desk hours is limited, but they work with your needs. The neightboorhood was very nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Room is very small and very noisy. The bed frame stuck out about a foot from the mattress. My girlfriend banged her shin on it and cut it open. I was expecting a lot more from a new hotel.

The only thing I can say about the Surfsider it was clean. We had no hot water in shower in either room. No TV or Wifi. There was no management on staff after 7:00 to bring this attention to. The next morning when we checked out at 8AM we were told the maintenance had worked on issues and forgot to turn water heater back on. Thank goodness we were there for only one night.

Do not recommend

Good location. Close to the beach - that would be the only positive thing . Place needs to be updated and scrubbed , kitchen cabinets were sticky, appliances were dirty, both bathrooms also need a deep clenaning, pretzels under the sofa bed in the living room. Wouldn't not stay there again.

Staff at reception are awesome and a credit to the resort. I can see why so many people have said this in their reviews. The units however need maintenance and renovating. Our windows and blinds were cracked and broken. The oven and hob did not work. Hot water was difficult to get in shower as we were in 4th floor. We would stay again.

This place was great! Awesome space for the money and our family of 6. With a full kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms we were very comfortable and didn't feel "on top of each other" and were able to save money by not eating out. The pool is fabulous with lots of space and very clean and well maintained. We were in it every morning and the beach was just a short walk away in the afternoon. Staff was awesome and allowed us a later check out to accommodate our flight. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, everything we needed for the week we were there. Apartment type unit worked well for a family of 5. Beach access is across the road. Nice area. Will stay again.

Great Service, Clean Units, Poor Internet

The front desk personnel are excellent and very responsive to guests' needs. They extended our checkout by 2 hours which we greatly appreciated. Likewise, the units are spacious and adequately equipped and the swimming pool is fantastic! The #1 problem is the strength of the internet signal. We were on the 4th floor and the internet strength was so weak that I had to connect to the internet via my I-phone.

Room is large, two bedrooms and bathrooms kitchen with appliances. Living area with cable tv didn’t have WiFi in room showed that it was there but couldn’t connect to internet. Master bedroom had cable tv as well. Living room was comfortable and small balcony with two chairs was nice over looking small canal to inter coastal water way. I would stay there again.

The room was clean looked just like pictures online. Staff was friendly. Had a little problem it was fixed right away! I would book again on our next trip to Fort Lauderdale.

Relaxing.

It was my daughter's birthday weekend. We reserved it for the few days and it was relaxing spacious. I didn't have any big issues... The front desk staff was nice and understanding. The only issues were no sponge for washing the dishes so I used a towel and the panel in the master bedroom fell off but other than that it was great get away for my daughter's 9th birthday :D

I just loved it!! Staff was amazing .. well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, lots of towels, everything was clean. The balcony was great as well! In fact I’d love to rent one !!

We loved having a tennis court and the outside balcony overlooking the canal. Spacious layout with a very comfortable bed. Amazing shower pressure, and walkable location with great beach access. Dianora at the desk was most helpful and pleasant. We stayed in two different rooms as we left for a few days to visit friends in Stuart. The rooms were both updated and comfortable. Great value as well. The only negative is the WiFi, it’s not good at all.
