It was ok

We only needed this hotel for one night. We didnt know the hotel was under renovations. The room was fine except for the roaches. The roaches were the problem. Staff was friendly.

Room was very mediocre.

Room was booked on line. Upon arriving it took the front desk an extremely long time to chrck me in. The room was fairly clean. Couldnt get the tv to come on. Found a few stains on the cover. There was a nasty wet stain on the carpet before reaching the vanity area. Not sure whst it was, but had to keep shoes on the entire time. Very noisy surrondings. And there is a large pot hole in the parking lot that you have to hit wwhen entering the complex. Damaged my tires

Quality Inn as a whole is a great place to stay.. The only reason i gave it a 2 was because of Expedia. I made the reservation through Expedia for this location. I arrive at the location only to find out there is no reservation for me. I had the correct address that was listed on my reservation. I spent over an hour on the phone communicating with Expedia in the hotel lobby trying to track my reservation. They kept telling me that MJ and Jenna at the front desk had my reservation. Maria was at the front desk. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA, IT IS NOT THE ACCURATE LOCATION!!! I was at the Mundy Mill location as listed and there was no MJ, no Jenna, and NO reservation! I ended up having to pay out of pocket to ensure a place to stay! I still have not heard from Expedia since Sunday about my refund. As for the hotel itself goes, I stay here every weekend and have enjoyed my stay each time. Maria is very kind and housekeeping does a phenomenal job maintaining the rooms.

Clean and friendly staff

Thank you to Amy at front desk for being on point with my reservations. The housekeepers are extremely polite! I was impressed with the upgraded rooms and FINALLY had a working open pool to enjoy with my son. Really great experience and easy check in!

Better than we expected, based on the reviews we read. We have stayed here many times and have seen an improving trend. The room looked recently renovated and was in generally good condition, though the mirror was sitting on the floor and the room had a large empty area where it seemed like a chair and table should have been. The door locks were in good condition and the AC worked well and was quiet. They are pretty skimpy on towels (2 bath towels, one washcloth one hand towel). The exterior still looks pretty bad, with worn steps, old paint and dirty looking exterior floors. The parking lot has several uneven areas and some broken pavement. Overall, acceptable at the price, and we've certainly stayed in worse in the vicinity. On an improving trend.

s the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life. Dirty, broken down, no service, no phone, no towels in the room and I am pretty sure there were bed bugs. I can’t believe Expedia would include a place like this in their options.

The only plus is proximity to Road Atlanta. Dirty washcloth in the shower, bed is a box spring on a platform, dirty, smelly, climate control is noisy, I had a do not disturb sign out and they still made up my room, will not stay again
