Excellent Location, close to everything, walking distance no more than 10 minutes to all interesting places, lot of places where to have dinner, breakfast is included but not a the facility, I could neve find the place the staff told me,

Falta clareza nas informações.

Reservamos um quarto com banheiro privativo e ao chegar ao local nos demos conta que o quarto não tinha banheiro dentro, era no fim do corredor. Exclusivo para nós, no entanto era fora do quarto. Situação horrível. Procuramos na reserva e não dizia nada que o banheiro era fora do quarto. Faltou clareza. Honestidade nas informações. Triste. Atrapalhou meu Réveillon. Outro ponto negativo é o café da manhã. Servido no estabelecimento próximo (até aí não houve problemas pra nós) era composto de uma bebida (café, capuccino, café com leito) e um item do mostruário (croassaint ou sanduíche). Fizemos a reserva esperando um café da manhã. Em suma... nunca mais Il salimbeco. Foram 30 dias em B&B na Itália e esse foi disparado a pior experiência. O estabelecimento é bonito, a área é ótima... mas faltou clareza e detalhes das informações. Uma triste surpresa.

Wonderful stay overall!!!

I had such a wonderful and comfortable stay in Locanda il Salimbecco. The room was very clean and exactly as advertised. Matteo was so friendly and helpful, when I arrived early, he let me leave my suitcase with him at the nearby restaurant Fermento until my room was ready. Great central location in the city, would absolutely stay here again. Grazie mille!!

Excelente apartamento e localização. proximo das principais atrações de Florença. Apartamento novo, muito confortável, com otima limpeza e bem espaçoso. O Wifi dentro do quarto é ruim, porém na area de convivencia é bom. A unica coisa ruim é que o atendimento é feito pelo bar que fica abaixo dos apartamentos e nem sempre a pessoa responsável está lá para dar informações.

Florence Holiday

Was a really good stay here. Staff were friendly and explained everything. Walking distance to main attractions and close to food places. There only downsize was the ceiling was just a little short for me in the bedroom but I am tall. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Hard to find. Cute, but private bathroom is located outside of main guest room down the hall. Sleep area is also in a loft so stairs are tough on old knees.

The stay with locanda was amazing! Super clean and the restaurant downstairs was helpful with the whole stay if I had any questions. I was gone for Rome for two days and they even let me keep my suitcase downstairs for the two days that I was gone.

L'offerta che ho prenotato su Hotels. con, parlava di camera economy con bagno privato, in realtà il bagno era si privato ma esterno, per arrivarci dovevo percorrere un corridoio dove vi erano altre camere. Purtroppo questo l'ho scoperto per caso dopo qualche giorno, quando ormai avevo pagato la camera non rimborsabile e non era possibile annullare. Prima di partire ho Inviato una mail di richiesta di spiegazioni a Hotels, ma non mi è giunta nessuna risposta e anche il giorno stabilito dela prenotazione mi sono recato presso l'albergo con noncuranza mi è stato semplicemente risposto che la camera economy è con bagno privato esterno, peccato che su Hotels non era specificato. Mai più!!!

Enjoyed our stay

Location was fantastic. Check-in was unclear. You have to go inside the pizzeria to check in or out, but the staff was friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage when we arrived early and offered a discount at the restaurant (which was delicious!). Breakfast was a voucher for coffee (or tea), juice, and a pastry (random) a few doors down--adequate to get the day going. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean--loved it! My teens especially loved sleeping in the loft. What we did not love was the wifi--hard to get a connection, couldn't stay connected more than a few minutes, and extremely slow--very frustrating. We would stay here again if we knew we weren't going to need the wifi.

Awesome location.

Overall stay was good. It was slightly difficult to locate the hotel at first but once located, location was ideal for Florence. Our room was a separate from the toilet and we will need to get out of our room to get to the toilet. It was slightly troublesome but all is good. Do not count on the Wifi, it is horrible so do have a SIM card if you need to stay connected. Basically, the location of the hotel was the best.

waren für eine Nacht in Florenz. Unterkunft ist nich so leichtmit dem Auto zu finden. Liegt in einem Fugängerbereich.Parken kann man in unmittelbaren nähe im Parkhaus, aber sehr teuer. Je nach Autogröße 26-35 Euro pro Tag. Eingecheckt wird in der Bar im EG. Frühstück(ital.)gibt es in der Bar neben an. Lecker Kaffee, Saft und eine Brötchen. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Treppenhaus befindet sich im orginalzustand (sehr antik) :)nicht erschrecken die Zimmer sind moderner.

Great place for carless tourists

The location of the hotel is so good for tourists without a car. You can easily walk to all city attractions. There were lots of places to eat and shop. Despite the busy street location inside our room was very quite. The bed was very comfy.
