The hotel is a little jewel. It’s in a very quiet alley just steps away from stores, restaurants and the city center. Very nice rooms, with comfortable beds. Aldo in reception is very helpful and friendly, he directed us to all the attractions

This hotel was great. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Our adult son was not feeling well and ourbroom was not ready yet. He was so nice and offered him the single room they had available so he can sleep and rest while our room was ready and we can walk around Florence. Everything was very clean snd the room was very soacious. It was within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this place.

Overall a great stay!

We had a great stay in Florence. The hotel was very good for the price. Great service and a good experience checking in. Clean rooms and good accomodations, athough the rooms where a bit small and there was a bit of noise from the rooms closest to us.
