Eden Rock was the perfect oasis in Florence. Small with a very attentive staff, excellent food, and a pool worth spending hours at. The views are outstanding from the hills above Florence. Our room had its own terrace and we spent a lot of time there. One reminder is that it is away from the city center and it takes some planning to get there, however the staff is there to help.

We arrived late {1030pm} with only one night stay due to airline cancellations, but Sylvia at the front desk was more than willing to help us in any way possible. Room is huge & modern, incredibly view. Breakfast :delightful staff, many options, incredible coffee! Clash check out with a nice man who helped us out with our luggage on a rainy day!

I had the most wonderful stay at Eden Rock Resort in Florence! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. The serene atmosphere made it feel like a true escape from the bustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Sylvia, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm hospitality and helpful recommendations really made our experience unforgettable, especially as we were travelling with a 1yr old. The combination of tranquil surroundings and exceptional service made this one of the most enjoyable stays I've had in Italy!

We loved it here. Our rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool. It was easy to catch a bus into Florence and the managers were really helpful with all of our questions. Finally, we loved the breakfast each morning, and we enjoyed a nice dinner poolside our first night.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to find the property, we spent 90 minutes driving around. When we finally got there we encountered zero empathy for the pain to reach them, the room didn't have the specifications required (separate beds) and we didn't feel welcomed. Lovely place to stay near Florence

Very nice place. Booked because of the positive reviews and the place did not disappoint! Lovely setting on the hillside, build mostly in natural stone. Nice setting by the pool for breakfast / restaurant. Spacious room (suite) with great views. Very friendly staff and atmosphere! Would certainly come again!

This was the most amazing experience!! From the moment we arrived in the evening and we met Irene our host to the very end. The property is simply a dream. From the view at the top of the mountainside, from your room, by the pool. If you are looking for an intimate hotel setting with personalized service where you can relax and feel at home on vacation. This is the place for you. The staff is truly amazing. They can’t do enough for you. The breakfast is so good, the young woman making the breakfast is so sweet. She does everything to make your morning delightful. My husband and I are already planning our trip back to the Eden Rock Resoer!

Wunderschöne Anlage, kleingehalten und dadurch sehr erholsam und ruhig, uns hat genau das so sehr gefallen. Kleine Kritik die fehlenden Sonnenschirme am Pool. Die Aussicht auf das Tal und die Stadt Florez ist wunderschön. Hotel etwas ab vom Touristenstrom, Mietwagen empfehlenswert so sind auch Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Frühstück etwas kleiner aber hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Nachtessen sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Kleine Kritik: schade war die Speisekarte die ganze Woche dieselbe...ein Tagesmenue oder ähnlich wäre ganz toll. Die Hoteleigene Garage ist toll und praktisch, die separate Gebühr könnte man aber in den Unterkunftspreis integrieren.

The moment we entered the garage and was met by an employee we knew this hotel was going to be excellent. We were shown around the hotel by the employee and she booked us in no trouble. We got to our room and was advised we could use a Samsung smart phone to use as a guide around Florence and provide information on the hotel. Amazing service. The junior suite was gorgeous. It had its own coffee machine in the kitchenette. The lounge/dining area was spacious with a leather sofa and dining table. A DVD player and sky TV. The bathroom was spacious as was the bedroom. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent and good value for money. I would certainly come here again and highly recommend.

The resort is in a wonderful location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about the stay was perfect. We only stayed one night, I wish We would of stayed here during the first half of our trip vs in central Florence. I can’t recommend this resort enough. P.S. - They had the most comfortable beds we slept in during our 8 day stay in Italy.

Un hébergement de qualité situé à l'extérieur de Florence, mais tellement proche du centre ville avec le bus (10 minutes seulement). L'Eden Rock Resort et le lieu idéal pour décompresser et se ressourcer. Le personnel, particulièrement compétent, est d'une grande discrétion et très efficace. L'attention du personnel répond toujours aux demandes des clients. Je recommanderais immanquablement l'Eden Rock Resort à mon entourage lors d'un séjour à Florence. J'ai vraiment quitté l'établissement à regrets mais je me suis promis d'y retourner.
