The staff was very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast delicious and very authentic and served with a smile. The riad was quiet and tranquil. The decor is lush, I felt like a sultan. The property is a bit of a walk from the main tourist area (20 minutes) but that was a good thing, I got to explore neighborhoods off the tourist path. Close to a Bab with lots of taxis. Would definitely stay there again.

Heruntergekommenes Riad geführt von Lügnern

Beim Ankommen hat das riad einen nicht allzu schlechten Eindruck gemacht . Das hat sich schnell geändert. Schmutzige Zimmer brüchige Wände etc. Noch schlimmer als der Zustand des Hotels ist das Team . Der Mitarbeiter den man am häufigsten antrifft heißt Mehdi. Dieser hat mich bei jeder Gelegenheit verarscht ob es ein versprochener wüstentrip war bei dem man nicht mal in die Nähe der Wüste kommt, ich mich mit ihm gestritten hab weil ich die Wüste sehen wollte neu gebucht habe und da 2 Nächte schlafen wollte er aber nur einen Tag gebucht hat für 500 euro , Überteuertes Essen für 25 Euro das nicht mal 5 wert ist, ein Fes Stadttrip bei dem man von einem Betrüger zum anderen geführt wird und jeder will einem teure minderwertige Produkte anbieten oder es einfach nur um ein von ihm organisiertes überteuertes Taxi handelt. Ich rate jedem der darüber nachdenkt dieses riad zu besuchen dringlichst von ab und wenn ihr es trotzdem probieren wollt macht alles auf eigenen Faust .

L'hotel est situe dans le quartier pauvre de Fez. Il faut marcher 10 minutes pour trouver un taxi pour aller voir les choises tourists.

zeer leuke riad

In eerste instantie vraag je je af waar je terecht bent gekomen, na binnenkomst valt je mond open van verbazing. Het is prachtig, goede service, lekker eten, mooie kamers. Het enige nadeel is dat de taxi in de late avond liever niet naar het oude deel rijden omdat ze daar geen klanten meer kunnen meenemen. Gelukkig is iedereen behulpzaam en helpt de riad mee om een oplossing te zoeken. Zeker een aanrader wanneer je graag het gevoel heb om in marokko te zijn. Hotels.com geeft aan dat deze in het centrum ligt. Dat doet hij ook maar wel van het oude gedeelte
