Hi, This hotel had a nice entrance and well located to train and bus stations . The room was small and clean but we had a terrible view. Well equipped with mini fridge, safe . The breakfast was excellent and was served on the top floor of hotel with a nice view of the marina. I would stay at this hotel again but would request the non construction side of hotel (Expedia Platinum) David from the Rock🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Great front desk staff

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had lot of great choices and delicious. We had a nice little view of the marina there.

Front desk/reception will not answer the phone, we had several issues during our stay. We reserved a room for three adults and the room was not ready when we arrived, we had to ask for an extra bed and an extra set of towels (by talking to the front desk people since they do not answer the phone). There was a lot of ants in the bathtub and the room seem very overpriced for what it is. Breakfast was decent though.

Facilities in rooms were good, the rooftop restaurant and breakfast were special. However don’t believe their soundproofing claim - we had bad noise from outside clubs and bars which went on all night. There was also noise from above from scraping chairs and tables. The hotel has little atmosphere and unfortunately the staff all missed the customer service training.

Just one night

The room and bathroom were clean. Beds are comfy, Shower is over the bath and could do with a slip mat. We were in room 325, a basic room, overlooking a street, the window opens inwards and wide. The air conditioner is very noisy. But overall for one night it was good. Breakfast was just ok.
