Room poorly maintained, dirty, smelly, very bad appearance, my son and I came home scratching, I didn't even have the courage to try breakfast. Location is quite good.

Good location in Farmington, easy parking and access to breakfast type dining. The cleanliness could use a lot of improvement and the hardwood floors above me conveyed every footstep all to loudly.

Bed bugs, dust and mouse poop everywhere. The surrounding area is covered with junkies asking for money or drugs. The pool even was filled with probably bed bug infested beds and sheets.

Worked in a pinch, they are doing some remodeling from the looks of it so the pool is down, shower wouldn't turn to shower mode and the A/C unit needed to be replaced because the control panel wasn't intact.

This property is not for travelers, most of the current residents are long term low income occupiers. Apartment was filty, under construction and full of insects as cockroaches and bed bugs. I don't recommend this place and should be removed from possibility to be rented at Expedia.

Bedbugs, holes in walls, no door knob on restroom door,filthy..outside not any better, not to far from hotel theres homeless people. Had to keep looking outside at my vehicle to make sure nobody was poking around in back of my truck. The bed you could feel the springs, i did not get any rest. I will not ever ever,stay there again.horrible place.😠rate it a 0.

not so great

right before my stay in this motel, i stayed at their sister motel in Durango. whatta huge difference! the room wasn't very clean (pets hair on the carpet, and the bathroom floor) wifi was BAD (lost connection every 10 mins) the staff was barely communicating with you (at least the daytime staff) breakfast was basic (no waffles, unlike the Durango location) and it was more expensive to stay there than the Durango location.

The condition of the property was poor. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and musty. The floors were dirty. There were bugs in the room. There was an old mold stain, still leaking water on the ceiling of the shower. The towels smelled of mildew. I'm being generous and understanding with a 2 star review.

1) Rooms are Dirty, 2) Unsafe, drug junkies roaming around the property 3) Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the next room from flushing toilet to chatting 4) Rancid smell in the bathroom 5) Dirty bedsheets 6) Noisy fridge, noisy AC. 7) Some guests were fixing the car in the parking lot at night. 8) Avoid at all costs. You are better off sleeping in the car Avoid, Avoid Avoid. You have been warned.

The first room was dirty had hair in the sink and shower, the floor in the bathroom was sticky and it smelled like smoke. The second room was a little better there was bugs, still some hair in the shower and someone had left there food in the small refrigerator. I didn’t want to bother any more because the front desk lady is a lair and I didn’t want to deal with again.

The entire property was disgusting. The rooms were very dirty. TV not working. Sheets and blankets had black tar-like stains on them. Floors dirty. Mouse droppings in the corner by AC/heater unit. People fighting outside, no security. Overall, it needs a new owner or tear down the place.

The room was not cleaned. It have lights not working, paint or fingernail polish over stuff in several locations. Large holes in the bath ceiling. The last draw was bugs on the bed. I have several photos of the room. Can I be contacted by your customer service? It was the worst room I’ve ever rented. It was so bad I left and had to sleep in my truck.

We needed a place to stay for the night llast minute so we booked a room at this motel. We paid $50 for 1 night so it was cheap. But we were stunned at how nasty the room was! There were stains everywhere that you would be scared to touch anything. The white sheets are almost grayish in color. The knobs for the air conditioning were missing so you cannot make any adjustments. Thank goodness we had disinfectant wipes with us. You have to wait for the toilet tank to fill before you can use the faucet as no water will come out.

Bedsheets was very dirty, carpet is very dirty and my socks turned black after walking on carpet, saw a dead fly laying on the the bottom of washing basins. The most disgusting hotel room I ever checked in. They should refund me money, because I checked out after two days. They didn’t refund me any money, they still charged full price.

Horrible Room!

This hotel was awful. The room was filthy, stains on chair, bedspread etc. Chipped and marked up paint. Missing cover on bathroom fan. Literally trash and dust piles under furniture. Window drape was filthy and has holes in it. Headboard was for a king but bed was queen. I actually saw roaches!! I took photos of all of these and more. Hotels.com should NOT A:LLOW this hotel i their network. The room was NOTHING like the room photo what was posted and advertised

When we saw bullet holes in the wall, we left.

Farmington Inn in Farmington, New Mexico was the only available option for our stay in a two hour radius, we drove down, and when we arrived things looked ok, it was strange that the receptionist/office was at a small window with a small slot to pass documents, but OK, it was late-ish. we checked in, found parking and of course the elevator is not working, and by the looks of it, it has not worked for years. the property was not clean, but also OK, the rooms might still be OK, but of course they were not, other peoples hair in the bed (on the sheets as well as the cover) and on the towels. the room reeked of marijuana, it "felt" unsafe, and then we saw the bullet holes in the wall, with a convenient arrow pointing to it with the text "FPD" which must have meant Farmington Police Department. car alarms where going off a few times the few minutes we were there, there was a sketchy looking individual obseriving us from the moment we had parked and entered our room, this individual was up on the same floor as we had our room. we checked out after having used the restroom and observed the uncleanliness of the room as well as the bullet hole. I did not take any pictures because my concern switched to the safety of myself and my spouse. do not book this hotel.
