At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property).

If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed.

La struttura è in ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico. Si deve parcheggiare in piazza Garibaldi a pagamento o, se si ha fortuna, in un pezzettino con strisce bianche. Siamo stati nei primi giorni di gennaio. Entrando nel b&b la prima camera, comune, è gelida, divisa dallo spazio camere da una porta divisoria che serve a trattenere il calore. La camera che abbiamo preso è la rossa. Entrando c'è odore di fogna, la porta verso l'area comune ha una filura di mezzo centimetro a cui si vede fuori, il bagno, anche questo è gelido sebbene abbia un calorifero, la maniglia del bagno m'è rimasta in mano e ho dovuto metterla a posto, la doccetta che asserve il wc è inutilizzabile perché gli manca la leva per azionarla, il filo dell'abat jour è interrotto, fortunatamente sul lato in bassa tensione, alle 11 spengono il riscaldamento e la camera scende subito di temperatura. La pulizia è ottima e fortunatamente c'è il piumino d'oca nel letto. Su expedia mi si dice 'colazione inclusa' ma sono andato in un bar, gli ho mandato lo scontrino e sto aspettando che mi diabi

Esperienza terribile letto scomodissimo stanza fredda. 2 ospiti x una notte avevamo a disposizione un solo asciugamano x la doccia uno x il viso una da bidè è la prima volta che mi succede x nn parlare poi della doccia che aveva l apertura addosso al bidè 40 cm x entrare dentro e uscire sarebbe stato meglio mettere su un box doccia a soffietto.... insomma esperienza negativa

Difícil hacer el check in. Muebles muuy antiguos ! Podrían estar bien pero la cama en cualquier pequeño movimiento rechina, no pudimos dormir ! El baño, fatal! El asiento del WC roto, un bichó raro en la tina, el lavabo no se iba el agua, terrible! Lo único bueno es la ubicación pero no vale la pena el sacrificio! Decía desayuno buffet incluido y No lo encontramos! Nadie para dar información ! Mala experiencia

Il b&b si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo signorile in pieno centro a Fabriano. Per fare colazione ci hanno mandato in un bar a pochi metri. La camera è accettabile il bagno un po' meno.

Fabriano città del cuore

Il B&B è in pieno centro in un immobile d’epoca, dotato di ascensore. È vicino ad un grosso parcheggio pubblico con parcheggi sia bianchi che blu, fruibile tutti i giorni escluso il sabato. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, camera pulita, accogliente e veramente bella unico neo poche prese luce e nel bagno piccolo, ma veramente bello, consiglierei di aggiungere, oltre al piccolo scaldasalviette, qualche appendino. Consigliato.

Rent og delikat sted. Stille og rolig. Frokost på bar i gata da vi var eneste gjester. Bestillingen var ikke registrert, så vi måtte ringe. Ubehagelig å ringe i et fremmed land. Vi fikk svar på telefonnummer to, ventet 10 minutter. Hotels. Com gir beskjed at overnattingsstedet er kontaktet, men b&bante ikke at de hadde gjester

Наши впечатления не только не самые лучшие-они ужасны! Был забронирован номер на троих с завтраком. Забронирован в августе 2018 г., а проживание планировалось с 24 по 30 апреля 2019 года. Подтверждения нашего бронирования были на руках. Но когда трое путешественниц приехали в отель в 19.50, то подошедшая хозяйка сообщила, что такого бронирования просто нет! !!! Надо сказать, что в это время в Фабриано проходит мировой фестиваль акварели(на который мы и приехали), а поэтому найти жилье невозможно! Не знаю чья в этой истории вина-хозяйки или сайта бронирования,потому что никакой реакции на письма от них тоже нет. Во всяком случае -будьте осторожны. Такое бывает! Our impressions are not only not the best-they are terrible! Had booked a triple room with Breakfast. Booked in August 2018, accommodation was planned from 24 to 30 April 2019. Our booking confirmation was on hand. But when the three travelers arrived at the hotel at 19.50, then approached the hostess said that such a reservation is simply not! !!! I must say that at this time in Fabriano is the world festival of watercolors(which we came), and therefore it is impossible to find accommodation! Don't know whose in the history of wine the host or the booking site,because no response to emails from them either. Anyway-be careful. It happens!

Lo único bueno del hotel ( si se puede llamar hotel) es la ubicación que está en el centro del pueblo, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación por el pésimo estado de la misma.Al día siguiente ni nos hicieron la habitación ,por no decir que no nos cambiaron de toallas en los 4 días que estuvimos , tampoco teníamos artículos de higiene personal en el baño (gel champú etc),lyo desde luego no lo recomiendo

La posizione è centrale e molto bella, però: A) sul sito è garantita la colazione, invece all' arrivo ci hanno detto che saremmo dovuti andare al bar di sotto,sarebbe stato corretto dirlo prima. B) Non abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani in camera e li abbiamo dovuti prendere dal magazzino. C) c'è un locale di fronte al b&b che ha un musica assordante, impossibile dormire.Alle 2.30 di notte ho dovuto chiamare i carabinieri per dirgli di farli smettere ( dopo che alle 2 ero sceso io per chiedere di abbassare il volume,ma se ne sono fregati). Alle 3,20 hanno smesso . Anche questo sarebbe stato carino saperlo.. Forse succede solo il sabato sera, comunque sconsiglio a chi non ama il frastuono ,e/o ha bambini ,di andarci.

poteva andare meglio

Credo ci sia capitata la camera meno carina, la più antica, la camera oro... Questo non ci è piaciuto molto. Dalle foto si vedono le altre camere moderne e più belle esteticamente, forse avremmo dovuto specificare che non avremmo gradito questa tra le 4? Anche il bagno molto "retrò". Ci dispiace perché il proprietario è stato supergentile ed ospitale venendoci incontro sia per il check che per il check out... La posizione è eccezionale, ottima anche la colazione. Ci ritorneremo, a patto di avere un'altra stanza!
