This is the perfect honeymoon spot. The cabin is beautiful! It's the perfect location for star gazing while sitting by the river. We highly recommend staying here!!

The office staff was so friendly and helpful. They loaned us a DVD player, and came into our room to set it up and leave operating instructions. They also had an amazing list of movies we could borrow at no cost.

We have drove by this establishment several times during our stays in Estes Park. Great location as you’re only about 2 miles or so from the RMNP entrance. Quiet and pleasant comes to mind, would recommend you consider staying at Boulder Brook.

Anniversary

Boulder Brook on Fall River is ideal if you’re looking for a great location on the edge of Estes Park town. Close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt NP, close to the river , and a quiet location it is ideal for a trip to the Rockies. Wild turkeys abound each day and housekeeping staff did a great job while we were out in the NP.

Quiet and peaceful winter stay! Room was clean, comfy and spacious, really enjoyed the hot tub on property. My only complaint was the lack of SmartTv (DirectTV only) and no charger plug ins :(

We decided to stay in the area after a trip to Aurora. It was excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable. Lots of room and a great bed. We had a great time and will be back soon. We even had a visitor for breakfast.
