By far the worse villa iv stayed in.

We were expecting a nice place by judging at the pictures. Butwhen we got there it was completely opposite. The pool was dirty with insects and very cold, no guests bothered going into the pool due to its condition. The rooms very in poor shape, the wall sockets kept coming off when you unplug something. The water was very cold in the shower, after running back and forth they found out the water heater wasn't plugged in. There is a massive electricity issue at this place, the lights kept flickering and dimming, the rooms were extremely cold in the night and we requested for a heater But, when you plug in the heater the electricity overloads around 3 villas and trips and we had to spend the night in cold room with electricity cutting off. By far the worse experience iv had on a holiday. For the amount I paid £155 for the night, it was not worth it and I am going to complain to get a refund. We have taken video evidence of the electricity turning on and off.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, dass Essen ebenfalls top. Was man verbessern könnte, wären die Möglichkeiten für eine Verpflegung zwischen den Mahlzeiten, zumal das Hotel sehr abgelegen ist und es weit und breit keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert

Nous avons réservé 3 chambres pour 2 nuits avec débit immédiat du montant total.Reservation confirmée par hôtel.com puis l hôtel m envoi en émail me disant que la réservation n'est pas prise en compte car ils nont pas les 3 chambres disponibles suite à un problème informatique de leur part. Lhotel me demande d annuler la réservation sans frais afin ce que je fais mais depuis aufun remboursement , c est du vol de élue part ou de hôtel. com

Un Riad magnifique, et grâce à l'équipe sur place, nous avons vécu une semaine de vacances fabuleuse! Un grand merci à Miloude, Souad, Abdel Rahim, Mohamed, et Abdul pour leur gentillesse! En arrivant over book nous n’avons pas accès à un souper ils nous accommodent pour un soir et nous devons nous reloger lendemain .Parle biais d’expedia Il refuse de nous rembourser le deuxième soir alors qu’ils nous avaient invité à trouver un autre endroit pour se loger ..... par la suite mente à Expedia en disant que ça relevait de notre décision de quitter le deuxième soir ... même avec le support d’une lettre qu’on leur a fait signer avant de partir mentionnant l’eta De la situation Expedia choisit de prendre leur part. vraiment déçu !!!

Hidden Paradise

Villa Océane is a hidden paradise. After spending 18 days travelling through Morocco, our stay in Essaouira was the highlight of our trip. Villa Oceane is gorgeous, the gardens, the pool, the rooms, the staff and especially the service was better than anything we had experienced. The Villa was a short drive from the main town which made for a perfect escape from the tourist crowds. The owner of the Villa Naima was visiting from France during our stay. She was divine, a connoisseur who has a great knowledge of local artisans & dining. Once she found out that love dining & hand crafted objects she recommended a day trip to a nearby seaside town called Safi to have lunch and visit a pottery maker. For a small fee she made all the arrangements and this was an amazing experience we wouldn’t have had otherwise. I would highly recommend staying here, my partner and I are already looking at dates to return next year.

Beautiful villa in the most tranquil setting.

I felt like I stumbled out of Morocco and into the Tuscan countryside. The villa is absolutely beautiful. Everything is stylish but comfortable and inviting. The food was also delicious!

prachtig hotel in een mooie omgeving. Kamers en faciliteiten zijn uitstekend en het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Enige nadeel is de afstand naar het strand en essaouira; taxi €20,- voor retour.

la villa est à près de 15 km du centre d'Essaouira et de la plage et non 2.9 km comme mentionné sur le site (à rectifier d'urgence). Le wifi dans la suite est à améliorer, des produits pour la salle de bains seraient un plus pour ce niveau de standing. sinon, excellent sejo

Great place in the middle of nowhere.

Reserved the hotel at the last minute to bridge me to a Villa vacation rental we reserved, we were just looking for a place to crush for the night, to our surprise the hotel was very relaxing, and my 4 and 7 years old had a blast in the garden, around the swimming pool and with a turtle. We were to leave early in the morning we ended up staying till the last minute allowed. The only inconvenience is that it is hard to find at night.
