Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. If you are have a car, put this on your Favorites List.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Der Service unaufmerksam, im Wellnessbereich sichtbarer riesiger Schimmel, Zimmer zur Straße hin zu laut. Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten, Service beim Frühstück unterirdisch, man durfte nur in der einem bestimmten Bereich sitzen, in diesem wurde aber nicht neu eingedeckt , anderer Raum zwar eingedeckt aber an einem Tag sollten wir dort sitzen am nächsten Tag wurden wir unfreundlich angemeckert wir sollen doch im Hauptraum bleiben und Bescheid geben wenn wir keinen Platz finden ( es saßen andere Hotelgäste ebenfalls im Nebenraum). Menüauswahl fürs Abendessen irreführend Abendessen qualitativ in Ordnung. Preislich viel zu teuer. Servicetechnisch ging extrem viel schief, was man sicherlich einfach verbessern könnte. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen. Beim Check-Out wurden wir nicht gefragt wie es uns gefallen hat (der Manager saß sogar aus schulungszwecken daneben) Positiv: Der Koch und Kellner beim Abendessen sehr freundlich und charismatisch - haben den Aufenthalt gerettet.

Hotel - modern, im urtypischen Stil

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Ehrwald. Unser Zimmer war zwar ziemlich klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Den Spabereich haben wir nicht genutzt, konnten aber den schön gestalteten Garten sehen. Der Parkpkatz hinter dem Haus ist großzügig, das Frühstück gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Die nette Putzfee T. hat uns erklärt, nachdem wir nach dem dritten Tag immer noch Hundehaare vom Vorgänger an unseren Socken fanden, dass wir nicht in einem 5 Sterne sind und wir ja eh am nächsten Tag abreisen würden. Darauf hin müssten wir leider sofort abreisen.
