The staff at the front desk was super nice and I got my room very easily. The room itself was so nice like I was shocked how big it was! They had a fully stocked bathroom which was sick. If I was ever in town again I’d stay here

Great staff, good hotel, bed size mix up

I booked back in the spring and requested a king size bed. When I arrived I was in a room with 2 queen size beds as there was no king ready and available. They assured me that I was not going to pay any more but I’m unsure if the rates would have been different? I have no complaints with the staff, cleanliness or price, it was a great stay. They even accommodated us checking in early as we needed to get ready for a wedding. Would definitely stay here again.

They advertised pool, hot tube, steam room and continental breakfast! Pool was empty, hot tub dirty and so full of chemical burnt your eyes and water cloudy, steam room not working and had a shop vac stored in it. Pails in hallway collecting water from leaks front automatic door not working and did not bother to fix it in 3 days, had sign on it saying please open it and close it when coming and going, ( which is very handy when hands are full of luggage). Housekeeping poor! Breakfast ok. Rooms airy, beds comfortable.

As soon as we pulled up, there’s a sign on the door to pull open cause sliding doors were broken. Went to go check in and they gave us the wrong room, booked a king and was given 2 queens. Told front desk and she kind of argued a bit and said we would have to come back cause they would need to clean a room. Came back 2 hours later and got the right room. Website is wrong when it comes to breakfast, says you get Start the day right with a free hot breakfast, featuring sausage, scrambled eggs, tater tots, and more. That is all wrong. It is a continental but they don’t ever put enough food or they don’t have it. We went down at 10am and there was nothing left, no milk for cereal, no toast, nothing. Only good thing about this place is their hot tub and pool. Beds are hard and squeaky. Will never be back.

The pool was locked up and hot tub out of order. 2 ice machines were out of order. The room had candy wrappers on the floor when we checked into the room. My credit card was compromised after we used it to pay for the room. Now I have to get a new one. I would sleep in my truck before I’d stay at this establishment again.
