During your time here you will find a stylish & prime stay Downtown Edmonton with FREE underground/heated/secure parking included for 1 vehicle. The Rice Howard Parkade is managed by impark and is separate from the condo. It is located directly behind the condo (less than a minute walk not connected to the condo) and is underground heated secure parking). The condo doesn't have parking so we pay for monthly parkade parking to go above and beyond for our guests!

You will be close to transit, Rogers Place, City Center mall, restaurants, liquor stores & River Valley. Ultra fast Gigabit Internet. Air conditioning in the unit.

New York Style 1 bedroom 2 full beds (Queen & Double) condo has all you need including in-suite laundry, Netflix included , full blown kitchen with all essentials. Includes Sportnet subscription watch Edmonton Oilers & Toronto Blue Jays games!

Place was conveniently located downtown. Little sketchy next to the train station stop. Place was comfortable though. Some date furniture that could do with a refresh. But overall decent. Bed was comfy and had decent amenities for the price.

The property is a cute little downtown apartment, absolutely perfect for a little getaway. The host was absolutely amazing and was able to accommodate some last-minute changes that were beyond my control. Super friendly, apartment was very clean and fully stocked with everything you need. I would definitely recommend!!

Amazing flat right in the heart of Edmonton!

If you want a feel for the city, this loft is perfect. It's in easy walking distance to many nice spots, and Rogers Place, if you're taking in a show. I always felt safe. I'd honestly live here if I could live in the city! Having a designated parking spot was amazing, as it made for a stress free visit. Everything you need is provided, and everything was spotless. I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

I had to come to edmonton for a course (a week), this place was nice and close to Macewan University, many places to eat really close and a parking garage!!(this was amazing) I would definitely recommend this place for a student like me:)

It was a nice place to hang out for a couple of days. Only concern was the dining room light switch would get very heated when lights on over the table. Metal hot to the touch- I would have somebody look into that just in case for safety

Stay for business

The parking garage was not attached to the building, it was around the block through the snowy slush and street people. The area was populated by quite a few people homeless/on drugs and many were entering the building whenever anyway opened the door and were smoking in the entranceway and throughout the building
