Excellent hotel and staff. As soon as we arrived, an attendant greeted us, assisted us with storing our luggage and gave us so much great advice on areas to visit in Edinburgh. Our kids were disappointed when we checked out of our hotel as they loved it so much. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable!

There was a leak in the bathroom but besides that the staff was accommodating and the area was extremely walkable. Public transportation was also easily accessible.

This is a great economical option. Location was easily walkable to old town/Royal Mile and new town, Dean Village, etc. There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) but free breakfast was great. For those flying in overnight, the hotel will store your luggage until your room is ready.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating our early arrival which we very much appreciated. We had an issue with our room and the manager was not able to put us in a new room but went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. I chose the Premier Inn for its proximity to our tour departure. It is very conveniently located for walking around and sightseeing in old Edinburgh which we loved.

Good location next to tram stop and 7-8 min walk from train station. Good breakfast Room did not have a phone and so have to go to reception each time you need anything or speak to them. There was also missing room door tags to clean my room and if you miss telling reception then you miss getting cleaned

The accommodation itself fully met our expectations. It was annoying that the booking confirmation from Expedia contained an incorrect address. Walking through a city with suitcases is not that much fun.

You get what you pay for

Room was not clean and smelled. We were immediately moved to another and since the second one didnn’t smell as bad as the first, we stayed, Wifi is ABYSMALLY slow. I tried to get work done but the wifi was awful. There’s a reason why this hotel is so affordable.

Our toilet was not properly cleaned, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. The previous customer left behind blood stain on the floor and tissue paper with blood in the trash bin that was not cleaned upon our arrival. We told the front desk about it and despite the trash was thrown out the next day, we can clearly tell the floor was still not properly swept.
