Amazing place!

Perfect location near the heart of Edinburgh. Room was very spacious and comfortable, all amenities including full kitchen, very nice and clean inside. Everything you need, host has lots of games and great speaker to entertain you as well. Loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at 33 Castle Terrace in Edinburgh. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the heart of the city, with stunning views of the Castle and easy access to all the main attractions. The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The interiors had a warm, welcoming feel, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail really stood out, from the cozy furnishings to the modern amenities. This is a fantastic choice for anyone wishing to explore Edinburgh. Location cannot be beaten with plenty of shops and food options around and the wonderful castle as a centerpiece. All the nice touches that make a stay enjoyable from coffee to shortbread, washer and dryer, and everything else you could need. Great customer service as well as we received a call back within 2 minutes of submitting a question about our booking. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it highly.

Nice, clean apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, looks to have been recently renovated. It had two bedrooms with queen size beds and a nice living/kitchen area. No staff on site but management was responsive when reached via the Hotels.com message site. Was super close to Edinburgh Castle, although at the bottom of the hill, and there were nice cafes and a grocery store nearby. Plenty of room for our family of four with two adult children. They even had a convenient locker to store luggage before we could check in.

This place was even better than I imagined. Excellent location, easy access, and everything you need. It was spotlessly clean and obviously recently renovated/updated due to the excellent condition of everything. Chargers everywhere, modern appliances, and comfy bed.

This is not a Hotel there’s no response from the property if you have questions. Overall the place is clean comfortable and close to everything!! We love it! Two rooms with two king sized beds.

Good location. Nice design, but not so stunning like in pictures. Quite a lot gaps like a broken window curtains, non-working light bulb, an empty dishwashing liquid dispenser, and all that stuff, that were not fixed during our half-week stay.

Loved the big space, and the bed and couch were very comfortable! If anyone else is wondering as I did if the round dining table is a good size for working on a computer, there’s plenty of space for 1. I preferred sitting by the window there so just moved the desk chair. Super easy to walk around the castle to get places, and a Sainsburys is a block away. Felt safe at night to walk back. As someone who doesn’t usually get their room cleaned partway but had a longer stay, I do wish there was say a bit more toilet paper and Kleenex, but I’m sure that’s easy to ask for. Perhaps also there could be other things like salt&pepper or other base condiments? I didn’t need any, but if you’re not staying long AND want to cook, it sucks to have to buy those things. Also fyi that the garden 1 bedroom is down a flight of stairs. I’d stay here again for a quiet retreat in the city! Seeing the castle every time I went out the door was amazing.

Stylish apartment and perfectly located 😊

A perfect , well designed compact space 👍 Well equipped with great quality appliances, gorgeous Arran Aromatics toiletries, sumptuous bedding and fluffy towels. Ideally located for us as we were going to a concert at the Usher Hall🎸. And for dinner at Wagamama 🍜 Easy parking close by . The negative reviews I read sadly reflect the damage done to these beautiful apartments by guests. Our toilet roll holder had obviously come detached previously with some force and I done imagine it’s easy to get repairs done between guests. People should treat accommodation away from home with more care.🙄

Excellent accommodations. Love the laundry facilities in apt. Quiet rooms, and easily walked. Great pub on the end street corner. My only complaints would be: No laundry detergent. No hot water after 8pm. No onsite exterior waste bin/garbage can/ dumpster. I typically remove all of our garbage just before we lo, I really hate leaving garbage behind for someone else to deal with. Overall, we loved the location and would to stay again.

Good but could be better

Overall we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. However, we were a little disappointed that the Nespresso machine had very few pods provided and it required unique pods that could only be purchased with a UK business account. Other amenities were overlooked. For example, only a single drinking glass was provided, only a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels were provided, and there was no dish soap for a stay of almost 2 weeks for three people.

The space is new so very clean, spacious and convenient. Only thing is, communication is tough. If you don’t have a sim, it will be very difficult to get a response with them. They never responded to my email & didn’t pick up the phone but responded the text.

Poor quality and overpriced

Location is perfect, with lovely views of the castle. However, we felt for the price paid for a 4-night stay (£750), the condition of property was extremely poor, with excessive damage and repairs needed as pictured. Of the 4 windows, only one blind was working meaning we could only benefit from a very small amount of natural light throughout the day and unable to close the bedroom blind at all. The bathroom towel rail was hanging off the wall and not working too. In addition, the wardrobe in the bedroom was filthy and full of thick dust. We wouldn’t stay here again.
