"Ideal quiet location with country walks on doorstep. Nice biscuits for arrival with lovely fluffy towels and house facilities needed for our stay. Warm welcome from owner on arrival.With warm evening, I took the opportunity to sit out on patio. The property is a maisonette so some noise from above. But this did not affect our stay. Excellent location for Southwold, Aldeburgh, Framlingham and Woodbridge. Ideal property for our two small dogs. I recommend property if you after are somewhere secluded."

"Lovely location and very spacious, let down by cleanliness and lack of basic maintenence. Broken bathroom/toilet door bolts, weeds growing through patio together with loose paving slabs sticking up causing a potential trip hazard. Place was full of cobwebs and spiders and overall quite dirty. Kitchen was dark due to a few lights not working. The stable doors couldnt be half opened due to lower bolts not lining up. Very basic jobs that wouldn't cost much to do but would leave a much better impression. When you are paying 1500 a week you expect it to be on point. Unfortunately it wasn't. "

"Spacious and very warmComfortable beds, well equipped.Pool great!Just a couple of very minor things would make it even better - oven gloves in kitchen (we used the tea towels so got around it). Sharpen the knives in the kitchen - could barely cut through a pepper!! But just minor things, we had a lovely stay despite the storm!"
