"The hotel was fantastic, the beds were super comfortable, and everyone was nice. However, it was right next to a train track and the train was honking all night long!!! I asked the hotel for earplugs and they said they were out. Sounds like something that they should have an overstock of. Other than that, the location was super convenient with a skywalk over to the convention center. "

"The staff were fantastic, pool was a little cooler then we would have liked but it was clean and the area was well maintained which is very important to us. We loved the vibe of this hotel, you get the old historic classy feel here. The workout room was actually more impressive than we thought it would be with new equipment. The pillows were terrible. That's about the only complaint I have!"

"We are early risers , and you were unable to get coffee until 7am. We had to leave the motel and go to a gas station around five miles away so we could get our morning coffee and something to eat. The staff was great and the Casino was nice but the amenities were awful for people that get up early. "

"Room was nice & clean. Friendly staff. Hotel is right downtown which is convenient but also attracts a young clientele so it’s rowdy. I was awake from 2:30 am & on due to 2 rooms of very loud parties. Not a lot of soundproofing so you can hear everything. Hotel staff did what they could but they ended up having to call the police. "
