The host was very polite and happy go felt very comfortable it was dec 13 at about 7pm or so couldn't remember her name tats was the bomb i well be going therr again and recommended for stay family too

This was our 1st stay at the Dubuque Inn & Suites. The check-in process was very seamless and quick. The hotel receptionist was very curious and friendly. The free breakfast was nothing special, but sufficient for us.

The room was clean and elevators were operational which was a plus. There wasn't any water for sale in the vending area. The coffee area did not have artificial sweetners available. The bed was comfy and the TV was big! Not a bad place to stay. Under renovations, which isn't bad, but if you are looking for a place with a pool, I would wait as it is being remodeled at this time.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is not a boutique or high-end facility. But the owners have figured out what is important to their guests and have provided all of the necessities with quality products and care. There were 3 large towels. Lately all of the places I have stayed with 2 of us, there were 2 towels. I use a 2nd one for my hair. I so appreciate this. The hair dryer was the best I have ever had. It is strong, not like the ones in other hotels that take forever to dry anything. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner are lavender and were wonderful. Because of the grab bar and rough surface, I felt safe in the shower. The alarm clock had the correct time, the heater was comfortable on a night that was minus 41 wind chill. There is a microwave, coffee maker, small fridge iron and ironing board. The bed and bedding are very comfortable and the flooring was new vinyl plank. There was cold water available and they are waiting for new furniture but ours was great. They obviously care about their establishment. Great people.

Cozy place

Staff was very friendly on arrival. The hotel was conveniently located by food, gas, and stores of all kinds. The hotel rooms were clean and stocked well. It was quiet and cozy and priced reasonably. Me and my husband will stay again for sure. Also had breakfast which was great.

Solid for under $100, if more look elsewhere.

Very small poorly finished rooms with very uncomfortable beds. Staff was fantastic however handling a little league through the breakfast with ease and front desk staff all amazing.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was on the skimpy side...but we had lots of traveling baseball families in the hotel...so lots of guests to feed. The hotel is older and the staff is continually working on it to keep it maintained. I use the exercise room and was happy to have a treadmill with free weights as well. The pool was older but still very nice.
