Nice accommodations

Room was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, and had all the amenities you need. Just as pictured. Please note that the 120 steps from the center of old town can be brutal. Walking up and down those stairs, twice a day, will definitely keep you in shape. You will have stairs wherever you choose to stay in old town though.

Situated in the Old City just a short walk from Buza Gate, the apartment was extremely well presented and the host was very quick to respond to our requests. The street is quiet but within walking distance (126 steps to be exact!) from the main thoroughfare and several excellent restaurants. We particularly liked the style/ cleanliness of the apartment and the excellent coffee machine.

Special Dubrovnik Stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay at Vivaldi. The location was on the higher end of the stairwell - something you cannon get around when staying in the Old Town. The room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I had room 3 and the host Luca was very helpful when providing location information etc. Would recommend as a special Dubrovnik experience.

Beautiful room

The room and bathroom are stunning, with all the amenities you could need. Location is perfect, but be prepared to climb some stairs to get to the front door. I’ll definitely be back and staying here again.

Lovely apartment in the old town. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Everything is walking distance: cable car 5min walk, town centre less than 5min. Lots of shops and restaurants.

Perfect stay.

Spent a lovely few days in Dubrovnik using this room as a base. Service excellent. Room lovely and clean. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lots of steps to get to/from the room so bear that in mind. Will definitely stay here again if we return.

A fantastic place to stay

The room is tastefully decorated and veey clean, excellent location although the steps back up are pretty steep so you need to be relatively fit. Luka the host is fantastic, he arranged for us to be met and taken to our room and also kindly allowed us to have late check out with no additional charge.

The room was beautiful, clean and a good size. Everything we needed. Great location inside the city walls of the old town. Excellent communication to make sure we didn’t get lost. Staff met us at one of the city gates and showed us to the room. They also shared recommendations for places to eat and drink as well as handy places like laundry and supermarkets.

Highly recommend! A wonderful spacious room containing everything you need, including an amazingly comfy bed. The host provided a wealth of information, including how to easily find the property and local restaurants, bars, activities etc. The location is awesome with a restaurant just around the top left corner that provides food with a view! Lots more restaurants just one level down, and the main area of the old town just a further level below. Barely heard a noise in the room despite being so close to everything..... absolute perfect stay!

A Great Stay in Dubrovnik

The staff at Vivaldi were very helpful with all of the check-in and parking information. The hotel is at the top of the streets, near the north walls and the Buza Gate. They recommended the best parking and access to avoid as many steps as possible. A word of caution though, most of what you want to see is at the bottom of the street. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a lot of amenities. It was a lovely stay.

The property was way over our expectations - the owner has gone to a lot of trouble to make this a very unique apartment with lots of added bonuses like gowns and slippers, toiletries and good coffee machine! The bed was really comfortable and the room luxurious. We thought it was very good value in a super spot and Luka provided a short video to help us find it avoiding too many steps as well as info on good places to eat and visit. We will defo return.

This apartment is a real gem, super clean and beautifully furnished, located on a charming street away from the hustle and bustle of the main square, but very accessible if you're fit and can climb stairs. Luka met me at the town gate and carried my bag for me. He gave me lots of recommendations and let me have a late checkout the day I left. I highly recommend Vivaldi and would absolutely stay there again.

One of my Favorite Stays

This was my first time to Dubrovnik and fell in love with this city. It is so beautiful, the people are friendly, the food is wonderful and there is so much to do. Luka my host was incredible! He had someone meet me at my taxi drop off to carry my suitcase to the room. On my last day in Dubrovnik, I had a 10-hour tour and Luka not only stored my suitcase but met me with it as I got off the tour bus. Best host ever, and the room is beautiful and located in Old Town.

Magical Dubrovnik…

Fantastic stay in Dubrovnik and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. Our Vivaldi room was spacious, immaculate with attention to detail. We had an excellent en-suite shower room and very good tea & coffee facilities. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the wardrobe more than sufficient with towels, dressing gowns and slippers provided. Luka and his staff went above and beyond with a very clear room location video and our transfer was taken care of (great, very friendly taxi driver). Dubrovnik is a magical place, visually stunning and there’s plenty of restaurants and cafes both inside and outside the city walls. The Wall Walk is highly recommended and although €40 p.p it is superb, take your camera. Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and look forward to coming back to Dubrovnik and Vivaldi.

A few days before our arrival, the staff got in touch with us, providing confirmation, directions, tips, and even a link to book a transfer that was waiting for us upon arrival. The transfer was both friendly and professional. The host stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp, making everything so easy. Upon our arrival, a staff member was waiting to escort us to our apartment (we stayed in Old Town Dubrovnik, which is a car-free area). The room was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The decor was lovely, the towels were fresh, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and my favorite part was the great coffee machine. For check-in and check-out, they were flexible, allowing us to check in early and check out late. To top it off, they stored our luggage for a few hours after check-out, allowing us to explore the beautiful city of Dubrovnik a little longer, luggage-free. It was the perfect stay, and we can't wait to return! Thank you!

Fantastic property in ideal location, close to the centre of the old town. Our apartment was spotless and beautiful, with a really comfy bed, handy fridge and coffee machine.
