Fantastic All-Inclusive Stay! Amazing amenities, great food, and exceptional hospitality. The kids club was brilliant also. Everything about this hotel was first class. The staff are unbelievably attentive. The food in th buffet restaurants was excellent. We had 3 meals in the ala carte restaurants which were all exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service dining and exceptional staff

Another great stay - love the sports bar

Another amazing family stay at the Rixos Palm! Huge thanks to Jhonathon at the pool bar, Shanka, who seems to earn a promotion after every visit, and all the wonderful bar staff, restaurant teams, and kids’ club entertainers. The Rixos makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Unlike many other "all-inclusives" where you're often told what you can’t have, this place has everything covered, from top notch kids’ entertainment to fancy cocktails and à la carte dining. There's a great buffet for casual meals and super comfortable beds. It may not be the most design-led hotel in Dubai but it makes up for that in service. If you're after great food, fantastic bars, and family-friendly fun, this is the hotel for you.

Fantastic hotel,staff very friendly.Got an upgrade from 3 bedrooms to a penthouse,very much appreciated!In a restaurant chefs more than happy to help with my gluten free diet requirements. The only thing was that,it’s time to renovate interiors,fresh wallpaper and a lick of paint would make it perfect.

A great stay -kids club was amazing. Only downside was that the ac didn’t work in our room our first night and so we had to move rooms. Loved the first room more as it was a beautiful large ground floor right at the pools.

Rixos has it ALL!

There is not enough I can say about Rixos, on The Palm. Exceptional views, fantastic service, excellent accommodation and it has everything you need - pools, the beach, a spa, a full service salon - whatever you need and want, they have it. We were spoilt for choice with the restaurants, each one providing something different and unique. We will be back as a family for our next trip. They have a beautiful kids club and the package is all inclusive. This resort is great value for money.

An Unforgettable Stay – 10/10 Across the Board! Our recent stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Every detail exceeded expectations — the property is stunning, the food is exceptional, and the service is truly world-class. A special shout-out to Diwan, the amazing manager at the steakhouse. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. The food was perfection, and his personal touch really elevated the evening. Another huge thank-you to Hazem from guest services — his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. And I can’t forget Safy from the photography team. Although there was a scheduling conflict that initially left me a bit frustrated, Safy handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She completely turned the situation around and made the experience enjoyable and memorable — a true testament to top-notch service recovery. Overall, this resort delivers luxury, comfort, and impeccable hospitality in every sense. The team truly goes above and beyond. Rixos The Palm Dubai is a solid 10 out of 10 — highly recommended!

Staff are excellent and very attentive. All folks from reception to buffet, pool and beach were extra polite and looked after us. Check in is at 3 and we arrived at 10am! Thankfully they sent us for breakfast and had the room ready by 11 - amazing! We had a senior suite which was a little dated and aircon only worked in half the suite but it was huge with a nice bathroom and stunning views. Pools are nice and well maintained - only thing I would add is more service staff at main pool bar. Buffet was pretty good but not great for kids - no pizza during 2 weeks we were there, kids menu was pretty limited and repetitive. Great that you get free tickets and shuttle to aquaventure every day - that is exceptional. Steak restaurant was also very good, we had the tomahawk which was excellent. Kids activities and water slides etc are great and a nice touch. Gym was well equipped and staffed without anyone pushing personal training on you. However if you want it training is available in all manner of sports/exercises. Spa and salon is good also although you do get hassled to buy treatments at the pool/buffet. Main bar is cool - lots of screens and Guiness on draft! Taxis are available pretty readily which used to be an issue on the Palm. There is also a free shuttle to Mall of Emirates. The all-inclusive concept is great here and other than the points I mentioned was overall very good.
