We were warmly welcomed at this property. We could tell the owners take special care in small details to provide a delightful experience for their guests. They went out of their way to help us find a place to eat dinner since we visited during the end of the season and most restaurants were closed. The breakfast was lovely, and we enjoyed the company of the dogs and the local cat. Our room was beautiful, the decor top notch. You will be delighted to stay here.

Lieu d’exception dans une bastide merveilleuse

Nous sommes venus pour la seconde fois dans cette maison d’exception, accueillis chaleureusement par Hélène et François. La décoration est d’un goût très sûr et le jardin est un vrai bonheur : y prendre son petit déjeuner, aller à la piscine ou au spa, voire tout simplement jouir de la vue sur la campagne font de ce havre de fleurs et de verdure un grand moment de paix. Nos hôtes ont été d’excellent conseil pour l’organisation de nos visites et le choix de restaurants. Nous nous sommes promis ma femme et moi, de revenir prochainement et de faire découvrir ce lieu à nos proches.

Un accueil chaleureux dans le cadre de rêve de la bastide de Domme. La décoration intérieure est raffinée et que dire des extérieurs : un jardin à l'anglaise plein de charme, des espaces dominant la vallée et un ensemble piscine plus spa où apprécier le temps qui passe.

Sehr schöne Erfahrung!

Es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, inkl. Airco! Der Garten ist sehr hübsch und lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet Sitzgelegenheiten mit schöner Aussicht übers Tal. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Francois and Helene are wonderful hosts with an amazing house, garden, and view out over the walls of the town into the valley. The amenities are top-notch and modern, the old building has been beautifully restored and maintained, and Francois and Helene are knowledgeable hosts who provided excellent service and a delicious breakfast. On our first afternoon, we explored the town of Domme on foot and then had wine, cheese, and foie gras in their garden as the sun set across the valley. This location was also a great home base for exploring the region and our favorite spot where we stayed during our 10 days traveling across France.

Perfection

I never give a perfect score but for 1 Logis at Domme I have to make an exception because it IS exceptional. Meticulously presented, with a beautiful garden in which we had a delicious breakfast served by our delightful hosts. Sounds all too good to be real? Trust me, it is and being met, on arrival, by their cute dogs just made it perfect for me. We left with plenty of local knowledge and gardening help and ideas, many thanks from a very happy woman. Hope to visit again soon.

A dream come true!

Domme is one of my favorite villages and 1 Logis a Domme does it proud. This place is a little country with a lot of class. The grounds are stunning, the bed and bed linens are of super high quality as are the shower /tub facilities. Rooms are spacious and impeccably decorated. Francois was super helpful upon arrival and gave us little tios throughout our stay. The breakfast we enjoyed for 12 euros a piece was a pure delight. I need to eat Gluten free and it was a no problem for Francois to accommodate. We will remember this place for years to come and will likely return soon. A dream come true!
