Great welcome to Ukraine

Nivcest hotel I've stayed at on this trip from US to Warsaw to Kiev then Dnipro. helpful staff, clean large room- no issues at all.

Great place I found by accident. Great find. Big park 200 meters away. great pub for football 5 minutes away. Other reasons for it being great I will not say. I was in bigger room before but moved to a standard room. A standard room is very good size. Atb is close.

Great Hotel. Needs to support local Ukraine Wines

The staff at the front desk generally speaks English....so, that's great. The staff in the Restaurant don't speak English...so, not great. The food is good. The wine list is okay....could have a few more Ukrainian wineries on the list....kind of silly not to support the local Wineries in Ukraine. The Hotel is modern. Clean. Safe. Great staff. I recommend this Hotel

This property is in a great location and walking distance to an outstanding city park, many cafes and restaurants. They are friendly and very helpful. It is immaculate and the breakfast provided was outstanding. I will be returning to Dnipro in October and will definitely stay there.

Good hotel in good location. Bright and well equipped rooms. There is some refurbishment going on which means the rooms are very new, but also there is some noise during the day. Nights are quiet. The reception tried to hike the tourist tax 10x so beware of that, although of course it's quite common with foreigners in Ukraine in any hotel.

Well the hotel is being gradually renovated and so part of your experience will be in hallways with plasterboard or ceiling panels missing. It's normal, but it shouldn't get the "excellent" review. Staffing seemed to be short. I never had the room serviced because without having breakfast at the hotel, I would be out for half the day, return after lunch, and that's when room service would arrive.

Service and breakfast was of a very low standard

Service and breakfast was of a very standard, and far away from what I expect for a 4-star hotel. I met only one receptionist that spoke a decent English. Service in the reception was ok, but at breakfast it was close to non-existing.

The Park Hotel is located on top of a hill in the park district five minutes walk to the main park along the Dnieper River. Very nice park, great if you have small children. The adjoining island amusement area is also worth a visit. This hotel is near the Agrarian University and the area is being redeveloped with new condos

Hidden Secret

I can honestly say that i have never felt so welcome in a hotel in my life. I stayed here for 16 days. And every day the level of kindness, care and professionalism was that of which i have never experienced. The hotel and it's property were very clean. Pretty much spotless. A lot of pride is taken in the appearance of this property. This hotel is in a quiet area and it is close to many things you will enjoy. The Park of Culture and Recreation is a short walk as well as the riverfront and there are many nearby restaurants. Including the hotel restaurant if you want to stay in;) The city center is about a 15 minute walk, or a short cab ride. There is plenty to see and learn about the city, country and the people. There is another smaller park nearby and lots of green spaces to walk or relax. The hidden secret here....the staff! If you need something, you got it. Want to know what's around, you got it. Anything you need help with, they are there for you. i could have spent another week here just seeing all of the recommendations. I had a wonderful time in the city and I owe that to the staff. They did everything they could to speak my language. That was refreshing and unexpected. I will stay here again. i hope they will have me ;)

GoodPrice and Good Staff

For the price it is very good. It is lacking in amenities. The staff however is wonderful and speaks English and will go out of the way to help you with travel issues not related to your hotel stay. It is 20 minutes walking to the city center. It is all downhill going and all uphill coming. They are real hills.
