En l’état, je déconseille !

L’hôtel fait partie d’un complexe de 4 hôtels dont un ou deux ne sont plus exploités. La propreté de la chambre à l’arrivée laisse à désirer : présence de poils dans les sanitaires, traces sur le sol. Table sur la terrasse non nettoyée. Au cours de la semaine: retrait des serviettes sans en remettre de nouvelles. Idem tapis de bain. Un jour la chambre n’a même pas été faite ! S’agissant de la sécurité dans les jardins: présence de boîtes de dérivation électriques ouvertes - Attention aux jeunes enfants ! De nombreux dénivelés dues aux dalles béton abîmées. Le restaurant : mise à disposition de gobelets plastiques pour se servir l’eau à la fontaine. Les verres étant réservés au consommateurs de vin ! Inadmissible écologiquement parlant ! Les chaises sont inconfortables ! La propreté laisse véritablement à désirer: ce n’est pas sain ! Les chariots utilisés par les serveurs sont dans un état pitoyables: jamais nettoyés ! Cet établissement mérite à peine 2 étoiles ! Je vais souvent en Tunisie et cet établissement mérite véritablement d’être repris en main s’il ne veut pas fermer dans quelques années !

La restauration horrible pas d’assiette les serveurs réservent les tables pour des vacanciers avec qui ils ont sympathisé pas d’eau pas de boissons dans le restaurant la nourriture horrible je ne suis pas difficile mais là c’est vraiment grave l’hôtel est présenter en tout inclus mais attention ce n’est pas la réalité arrive là-bas ont a dû sortir manger dehors

Plaisir d'être à Djerba la douce.

Le séjour à Djerba est toujours agréable. L'hôtel Dar jerba est acceptable, les chambre sont confortables, l'accès à la plage et aux différentes piscines est très facile. Le restaurant est très moyen, malgré les efforts considérable du personnel. Le manque d'entretiens est remarquable sur tout les équipements et bâtiments de l'hôtel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien pour visiter les différents attractions dans l'ile.

Familien freundliches Hotel. Direkt am Strand Top Service. Tolle Programme für klein und groß. Wasserspass auch für ganz kleine Gäste 😊. Essen 🍱 war auch lecker, viel zur Auswahl ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abend. Ein schönes empfehlenswertes Hotel für die ganze Familie. Nächste Buchung ist bereits geplant 😜

Otele giriş yaptığımızda rezervasyonumuzu bulamasılar ve bizi resepsiyonda 1 saat beklettiler. Rezervasyon onayını kendilerine göstermemize rağmen bize yeni rezervasyon açtılar. Odaya yerleştiğimizde klimanın bozuk olduğunu söyledik ama kabul etmediler, gece sıcaktan uyuyamadığımız iin odanın değiştirilmesini talep ettik , sinirlendiler ve istemeyerek kabul ettiler. Yeni odamızdaki klima düzgün çalışıyordu neyse ki. Son gün odaya geldiğimizde bavulumun karıştırılmış olduğunu ve iç çamaşırlarımın çalınmış olduğunu farkettim ama kabul etmeyeceklerini düşündüğüm için rsepsiyona bildirmedim. Bunun hariicinde servis tam bir felaketti, açık büfede bardak yoktu , masalarda tuz ve peçete yoktu, garsondan istediğinizde kesinlikle getirmiyordu. Yemekler çok kötüydü, güzel olan 1-2 çeşit ise hemen bitiyordu ve yenilenmiyordu. Tamamen hayal kırıklığı yaşadığımız bir tatil oldu.Ayrıca otel o kadar eski ki, kesinlikle resimler gerçeği yansıtmıyor.

Belle chambre et superbe plage

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet hôtel, le seul point décevant a été le restaurant : le personnel n'était pas très sympatique et les plats proposés n'étaient pas bons (pas beaucoup de choix), il y a aussi un problème d'organisation (pas de tasse à café quand on déjeunait) à noter que l'eau n'est pas comprise dans le repas. En dehors du restaurant le personnel est sympathique (réception, personnel de chambre...), les chambres étaient propres, grandes, fonctionnelles (sdb moderne avec baignoire), et la plage était vraiment superbe (l'une des plus que j'aie vue à Djerba).
