chegamos na pousada e fomos informado pelo proprietário que não havia nenhuma reserva em meu nome, deste modo, tivemos que pagar outra diária, tendo em vista que já estávamos no local. E por coincidência, o proprietário nos acomodou no mesmo quarto que tínhamos feito a reserva. Quarto extremamente razoável, banheiro péssimo, chuveiro frio e sem nenhum auxílio. Temos o comprovante do pix que foi realizado na hora e vídeos que comprovam minha reclamação! Espero que a hotéis.com faça imediatamente o estorno!

Ficamos na pousada apenas a noite 19/06/2025, porque estrutura do ambiente desfavorável com a nota visualizada ao site de locação.Fui atraída pela nota 8 no site Decepcionada. Banheiro espelho sujo, box danificado, suporte da lâmpada fiação exposta e pendurada, cheiro de mofo, presença de baratas, chuveiro frio, tivermos tomar banho frio. Televisão com extensão de conexão danificada, não conseguimos assistir TV. Anfitrião somente via whatsapp. Realizado contato com proprietário na noite de 19/06/2025, relatando problema com TV, sem suporte. Única aspecto favorável Wi-Fi funciona bem.
