We got a room where the heater was broken, and the entry door did not lock. The staff was nice and kind enough to give us another room that looked exactly like what we had which was also an accesible room. The room was spacious, the bed mattress was soft, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. My overall stay was excellent. I would recommend this place if you're in the area.
