"Everything is excellent"

"Loved the sun beds and net structures right over the sea and the water was clear and water was perfect temperature situated. We booked the triple room with the balcony sea view, it was a beautiful place to hang out in the evening before going for dinner. The hotel is situated on a quieter area of Sarande, (in October anyway) but still a 10-15 min walk away from the main busy area which was perfect. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful, the guy working at the beach bar was...

"Great place overall"

"Breakfast did not have many options. Although this was supposedly a five-star resort, the overall experience did not feel like a five-star stay. The customer service was definitely the best part of the hotel, as the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room design was quite uncomfortable and impractical. The bed was positioned in a way that made getting in and out feel awkward, and the shower was only partially enclosed, causing water to spray onto the bathroom floor. The bedroom...

"Clean, modern and newer hotel. Beautiful location. Beautiful pool. The breakfast was mediocre at best - not a lot of options - and everything lacked seasoning or flavour. The employees were nice but I wouldn’t say they went out of their way to be helpful, warm or engaging - with the exception of a gentleman at the bar that let me purchase a juice despite him closing up for the night. The location is in a very quiet and sleepy town. I don’t see myself returning here."

"This was a very nice property, we had a great stay here with our friends. The room is very clean and every room has a great view of the sea and beach. The breakfast was very expansive and had great options and was very fresh. Staff was nice and helpful."

"Definitely recommend the double deluxe sea view room!!! Beautiful views and beautiful room. Staff are lovely. Near halal food and supermarket across the road Only around 10/15 mins walk from main strip"

"No mirror in the room, at night there is no numbers to see where you going, I had to wait 15 min in the cold to get picked up by golf car, the pool next to the restaurant I had to pay for the drinks and food extra, can’t eat by the pool, and evrything you do you gotta pay right away they stick the card machine in your face to pay right away, for this value someone pays you should be able to put a card on file and pay by end, also the hot water in the room is very limited"

"L’emplacement de l’hôtel:)"

"The host was welcoming, the apartment was clean and we got fresh towels every morning. The host was always happy to help whenever we needed anything and gave us the absolute best recommendation for restaurants to visit. We enjoyed our stay."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Close to beach. Walkable area."

"Hotel Blue Waves in Sarande ( Albanië ) is echt toppp. Schone en ruime kamers, personeel is erg vriendelijk en t ontbijt is heerlijk. Wij zullen hier zeker weer terug komen en t is zeer aan te raden"

"Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!"
