"Awesome place to stay and relax. Entertainment was good. Mini bar bottles are not mini which in my eyes is great! Staff was amazing and food was the best I've had in an all inclusive resort. I really enjoyed this couple resort. I highly recommend it. Shout out to my guys out there. Shamar and Chris from the water sports team. Rajay and my anime boy Alex from the bar. And the best waiter Hubert! RESPECT!"

"The place was well kept and clean the swimming pool was under reconstruction which was a big turn off bar was always closed after breakfast the restaurant was closed even on a Friday afternoon No form of entertainment if ur visiting u would have to unfortunately venture out into the unprotected to find food and entertainment this was really a bad experience for me"

"Only thing I had an issue with was the channels and the netflix on the tv. Other than that one thing, I enjoyed my stay. I spent time in the pool on the beach by the bar. Tried the wings which were really good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me find my way around. They answered every question I could think to ask. Thanks again"

"Room is clean and staff is helpful."

"This is a very quiet and low key resort. Food is decent but not a lot of activities. Great for relaxing and taking a break."

"⭐️ THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY ENTIRE TRAVELING LIFE! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. My experience was absolutely horrible, and the customer service at the front desk was beyond unacceptable. I was charged JMD $5,000 for “incidentals” because the hotel claimed that I had damaged a small bathroom washcloth with my makeup. They initially wanted to charge me the full JMD $1500, but I refused to accept that unreasonable charge. They eventually took JMD $5,000...

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...

"Great location, beautiful setting and amazing Spa. Had the pleasure to see baby turtles make their way to the ocean."

"Great breakfast. Pleasant friendly staff. Spa was great at a good price"

"Extremely Disappointing Think Carefully Before Spending This Kind of Money As a frequent traveler who has experienced luxury properties in different destinations, I feel obligated to share our experience so others can make an informed decision before spending thousands of dollars on a Sandals vacation. We spent nearly $7,000 on this 3 night stay, and unfortunately, the overall experience was nowhere near the level of quality, service, comfort, or attention we expected for that price. I do want to...

"This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers."
