"The hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing, but the communication with the hotel staff was very poorly managed. At check in they didnā€™t informed us about anything (including amenities, breakfast, etc) and said the only communication tool was through WhatsApp but they didnā€™t replied in the first 12 hours, and then because we didnā€™t replied rapidly they didnā€™t clean our room the next day. Thad was disappointing for an expensive hotel like this."
