"I was pleasantly surprised with Cezar Hotel and its staff in Banja Luka. The effort given to satisfy their guest is really at the highest level. I truly recommend this hotel. It is close to the main transport (bus, train) hub in Banja Luka, and at the same time at the waling distance from the beautiful city centre. The public transport is functional (about 1/2EUR per ride), people on the street are extremely polite and helpful if you ask question (not everyone speaks English or French though)"

Meticulously clean and as described, responsive, friendly and helpful host, convenient free parking, right next to a square with restaurants, pharmacy and pub, within walking distance to many more restaurants… I can’t say anything was any less than expected or advertised, or even less than hoped for.
