"They literally exploited my situation and forced me to book another room: I booked a suite at this hotel last minute because our 1:00am flight was canceled. We were two adults and 4 little kids (all under 10). When I arrived I was forced to book and pay for another room because they won’t let us stay in one room. They forced us to sleep in two different rooms on separate floors. So they split the family and the room we were given was a smoking room smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep. When we arrive to the hotel around 2:00am with sleepy and exhausted little kids and lots of luggage. The guy on the front desk saw that and took advantage of us. There was no way I would say no when they said that I couldn’t stay in one room and that I have to book a second one at their highest rate. Pure greed and inhumane treatment. Let alone I couldn’t even sleep in the extra room that I was forced to book because it was on a smoking floor. And the fact that they made us wait for almost an hour in the lobby to give this “great” deal. Shame on you! "

"My hotel stay at House was excellent from the moment i arrived, up until i hopped into my car and left. The staff is professional and welcoming, the hotel is polished and the rooms are well equipped. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. "

"The bed, pillows, and sheets smelled like burnt cooking oil. The safe wasn’t working. They forgot a greeting card they left for the guest before me, next to the fruit and pastry which game me the impression they didn’t clean the room well. I told the receptionist to book me a none smoking room which is something I already mentioned in my online booking but when her manager she noticed the booking the receptionist made was a smoking room so instead of apologizing and correcting the error, the manager judged me by saying: are you booking a smoking room in Ramada! And she gave a stupid look! The manager told the receptionist to explain to me the benefits that come with my reservation but no one explained anything to me. The receptionist was only interested in explaining her Ramadan routine of sleeping, eating, and watching TV with her mom. "

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and every detail is well taken care of. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently ensured that everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Overall, the hotel is outstanding in every aspect,comfort, service, and hospitality. I highly recommend it and will definitely return."

"I had a good stay here on my last night in Jordan. The location is perfect to see the main sights. I wish I had 2 days there actually. The room was clean and the wifi was good. No complaints except maybe the smoke smell in hallways. The staff were friendly though."
