"The location on the beach is excellent, but beyond that, the experience fell short. The hospitality, amenities, and overall crowd did not make for a welcoming stay, and those factors alone would make me hesitant to return. It was also concerning to learn of a reported bed bug issue in another room."

"I travel here at least 1-2 times a month. I usually arrive 1-2 hours before check in time. I am always allowed to check in early except when Karen is working the front desk. Each time she tells me there are no rooms available yet there are only 2-4 cars in the parking lot and nobody in the hallways cleaning rooms. This last time I was 50 minutes early and she said she only had one room, it had a walk in shower that made the whole bathroom floor wet, no footers on the beds, the sheets and pillows had stains on them and they were some off white yellowish color except for 3 pillow cases. This trim was like she was punishing me for checking in early. All other employees are great. This was an unpleasant experience and I will be changing where I stay moving forward. "

"After a bad experience with our room, the front desk guys did a great job moving us to another one in good shape. The location and beach are amazing. Property needs a little TLC. "

"Convenient location, check in process was completed on a kiosk so I was a little nervous that there was no management on site, but I had no issues. The room had a terrible smell and the coverlets on the beds were filthy with big stains on them. I bought air freshener and a blanket. Other than that, the room was clean, no bugs. The ice machine worked. "

"There no luggage carts at check in or out and clerk did nothing to try and find one. I am handicapped and my wife had to tote everything up to room. Very unhappy with that."
